Nicole Botkin: I am disappointed that they did not remodel the store before moving in. The carpet is old and stained. The tile is broken. They have more stuff now. They have added several makeup lines. I love Angie and Denise in the makeup. I went and bought a pair of shoes for my teenage daughter tonight and even though 3 people were in the shoe department no one asked if we needed help. We found a pair on the sale rack and when the lady checked us out she did not even speak to me.

John Pena: Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.
