1 /5 James Wang: This company is a fraud. They signed me up for auto-renewal without my permission and gave away my credit card information to Swyfft for an auto draft. When I found out and called, this lady was rude and hang up on me right away. Stay away from this agency company. When your insurance is due to renew, they would never make an effort to contact you, no emails, no calls and no messages. Your insurance ends up either lapsing or auto-renewed with more than double the market rate. Swyfft made an auto draft of $4447 for my homeowners insurance. I called Allstate and secured a rate of less than $2000.

1 /5 T Z: TERRIBLE!! The agent we worked with is Lucy, which probably has nothing to do with her real name. Her failure in communicating with us about critical info from the insurance company costed us $$$$ in overpaying home insurance premium. The agent and her boss did not apologize and refused to take any responsibility. The whole company is just a joke. AVOID!

1 /5 Vanessa: This place is a fraud place!!!!! The agents are willing to help for making payment to them, but when I need her, I couldn’t find any agent to help me for a week!!!!!!! And the insurance is not the thing I wanted at all! But I paid a lot!!!!!!

1 /5 H. Kutschenreuter: Would give negative stars if I could. As part of my job I had to contact this insurance agency, unaware another coworker in another department had to call them as well. The two representatives I spoke to were incredibly rude, saying, "Is everyone at your job going to call us? Why are you bothering us?" And refusing to assist us with their client. Would NEVER recommend.

1 /5 Amra H: I usually dont give reviews but these people DESERVE one. This company is a mess! A big joke! Had same bad experience with them several years ago on my previous house. I dont even want to go there and discuss.... Latest case... Somehow we got our flood insurance on our latest house with them again. The house was sold in May. I called them to cancel the policy and then I emailed the cancellation letter and required paperwork. I called to confirm they received my email and they confirmed it was received. Five weeks later, I called to check on the status on my case, they did not have an idea what I was talking about! They never submitted my cancellation request to the insurance company! The lady I spoke to hung up on me! I called again and spoke to Jeniffer who requested another form to be signed and she told me it can take 4 weeks to process the request. Another 4 weeks! She kept saying we will submit it AGAIN to insurance company, BUT they never did it in the first place! Avoid them in the big loop and make them be your last option. There customer service is horrible !
