Dennis Chu: The representative virtually cancelled my appointment last minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you are treated as walk-in and has to wait past your appointment time? The branch representative also didnt give correct information about transaction. I think I will give the Memorial branch a try next time and hope they treat customer with more respect and are more knowledgeable. The one star is for the representative courtesy and and a follow-up email.

Ive been very impressed with my local branch, but the call center has been a different story. My first interaction was with Valerie. She was friendly and answered all of the questions I had at the time. She also gave me her direct number in case I had any further questions. This is where the customer service has hit an iceberg. I have called her direct line 5 times in two weeks with no response. I know its the correct number because her greeting states her name and says shell contact you back in a timely manner. Im unlikely going to continue this loan process with yall since I have been completely ignored. Will likely just stay with my current "to big to fail" bank, since they at least return queries to my questions. Jeremy and Angela contacted me and completely remedied the issues with me, and I am very satisfied with their response. I believe they will be using this as a team coaching opportunity, and should not be a problem in the future.
