Smart Financial Centre - Sugar Land (TX)

5 /5 Jeff Wilson: I was impressed with the Centre. Still looks new. We had the upper balcony and still were able to see the stage. The screens on either side of the stage also helped with viewing. The sound was excellent for the Barry Manilow concert. The prices at the concession are what you would expect. The only bathrooms, though, for the general seating were on the first floor. Limited elevators also, so if you have bad knees, its going to take a while to get down 3 stories. Also, it takes while to exit the parking lot.

3 /5 Nat Young: The venue itself is nice, although they made us wait till 10 minutes before the show was supposed to start to get inside. The worst part about this place is the parking lot. The design is ridiculous and it took us 40 minutes to get out! Theres only one road with one lane to get out and while there were attendants directing traffic,it just took forever to get on the road. It was faster getting out of NRG after a T, Swift concert than this and the show wasnt even sold out!!

2 /5 Andrea Sanchez: This is a cashless venue which is annoying but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker for me is the policy of no non-clear bag over 6" x 4" (my wallet is bigger) and clear has be 12" x 12" x 6". The ladies running back to their cars was endless. The guys with cargo pants had more stuff in their pockets than my bag. The temperature is below zero (slight exaggeration) bring a good jacket. They are getting a 2 star because the waitstaff is nice. The prices are a bit high but in line with other venues.
