Ive been very impressed with my local branch, but the call center has been a different story. My first interaction was with Valerie. She was friendly and answered all of the questions I had at the time. She also gave me her direct number in case I had any further questions. This is where the customer service has hit an iceberg. I have called her direct line 5 times in two weeks with no response. I know its the correct number because her greeting states her name and says shell contact you back in a timely manner. Im unlikely going to continue this loan process with yall since I have been completely ignored. Will likely just stay with my current "to big to fail" bank, since they at least return queries to my questions. Jeremy and Angela contacted me and completely remedied the issues with me, and I am very satisfied with their response. I believe they will be using this as a team coaching opportunity, and should not be a problem in the future.
