1 /5 James Dewberry: Received a call from Brian saying he has a missed call from my number. As I was explaining to him I already spoken with someone regarding a quote he just hangs up in my face. I called back to figure out why he did that and he was so unprofessional. No sorry or anything. El Paso has a lot of lazy people here and they are very unprofessional.

1 /5 Dayanira Gallegos: Has me waiting almost 2 months for my refund that they BARELY PUT IN FOR ME TO GET REFUNED THE 3rd OF THIS MONTH. And then in a check back to me. Why not return it same way I paid into the card! Trash!!! Now I gotta wait another 2-3 week for my check sent to me after waiting a month !!

1 /5 Remini Me: Staff is not trained correctly. They kept saying that I could not upgrade my liability to full coverage. I had to actually go through the underwriter and talk to the underwriter because the staff has no knowledge. Then they tried to take my money and not give me my money back for insurance on a vehicle that I cannot even drive off the lot without full coverage. Yes, they try to get over on me as soon as my policy is done with them I will not be using them again.
