Pronto Insurance - El Paso Loreinn Huitron: Horrible over the phone customer service, we called to see if they were open before we arrived, they confirmed that they were open, we arrived at 10:30am and no one was here, we came again at 11:22 am and still there was no one here, over the phone they were not helpful at all, rude and told us we can go to another pronto office! Clearly on the sign it says they are supposed to be open from 9am to 7:30pm. Management where are your employees during the mornings? This is the 2nd day in a row with experience this with this office on Yarbrough and north loop, we came in here looking for a quote for our 3 vehicles and wasted the time, BAD customer service, irresponsible and will be taking my business somewhere else! This office should be looked into to see what’s its employees do during the day.
