Only took 15 minutes to get there and they changed the battery while we waited. Awesome Native American silver pieces and all kinds of coins! We had to battery replacements, one went well the other the watch did not work. They were kind enough NOT to charge a fee for that time they took! Needless to say HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 /5 Barry Edwards: I took my wifes wedding ring to these great ladies to get a new 1.4 carat lab grown marquis diamond I bought, installed on her 20 year old wedding ring as an upgrade. They did an awesome job!!! They had to build a whole new setting to accommodate the new larger diamond but yet keep the original six smaller diamonds clustered at each end like the original setting. They had the ring for about two months but the first month, they sent us several computer generated images of the ring with different designs. They were great to work with and were always there to answer any questions my wife or I had. We just picked the finished ring up yesterday and my wife had tears in her eyes when she brought it to the car because she was so happy with the way it turned out. We are very pleased with yalls work. THANK YOU!

Nevel Maitland: Bought a watch there and within a year, the battery dies. I took it back to get it changed and it came back with a severely scratched and dented back plate AND the winding peg was missing. They tried to blame me for the scratches and refused acknowledge the dents. They polished the scratches, but they still exist, and they replaced the winding peg. However my watch will never be the same. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.

After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
