Instead of acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, approached me and claimed that my gold was fake. While I understand that the authenticity of gold must be assessed, I was taken aback by the accusatory tone and the implication that I was attempting to deceive the business.
What I found most troubling was the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Rather than addressing the issue respectfully, I was blamed for “setting him up” and then abruptly and rudely told to leave the premises. This behavior was not only uncalled for but also completely unacceptable in any professional setting.
