1 /5 Nevel Maitland: Bought a watch there and within a year, the battery dies. I took it back to get it changed and it came back with a severely scratched and dented back plate AND the winding peg was missing. They tried to blame me for the scratches and refused acknowledge the dents. They polished the scratches, but they still exist, and they replaced the winding peg. However my watch will never be the same. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.

They told me they could only find it with a ticket number which is in my office right now. I don’t have any in front of me but my name and my telephone number she can’t locate it and she is gonna tell me it’s with the jewelers and it comes back whenever it comes back wrong answer I’ve called twice about my bracelet. I want my bracelet bracelet.

5 /5 Rez Deen Khan: Ive used their services on several occasions, mainly for watch repairs. The service has always been great and the prices for the repairs always reasonable. On one occasion I took a watch their to get fixed. A few weeks later it broke again. I took it back and asked them to fix it one more time, expecting to pay the usual price. When they returned it to me with a permanent fix, they waived the cost. Definitely my go to place for any watch servicing that I need done in the future.

I called today and a woman told me she cannot find my bracelet and if I didn’t have my ticket number. There was nothing she could do to help me she hung up on me twice When I get to the store tomorrow I want my bracelet or I will keep leaving reviews until it gets enough attention.

Andrew Danna: I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
