1 /5 Helia Nezhad: Got an expensive item from this store, they did not send me the appraisal as it was promised even though they charged me for that. Called them many times and they kept lying that they mailed it to me, eventually I had to drive a long distance to go in person to pick that up. They also promised me that they will buy the item from me for the price that I paid for, but they didn’t remember their words and promises once I decided to sell the item back to them. Very poor customer service.

5 /5 Blue King Kennels: I was searching for a 10mm thick 26” long 10K rope chain. I messaged Ali and he text me we spoke negotiated a price. I was a bit scared at first so I drive from Oklahoma to Dallas to see this chain in person. I had $10,000 cash. He met me at the jewelry store Inside the mall. He texted the chain and it was 100% 10K gold. I paid he gave me a receipt. I came back to Oklahoma took it to a pawn shop and got the rope chain tested again and it was gold. Ali does amazing work and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend him for all your jewelry needs. This place is legit and has great gold at amazing prices.

Andrew Danna: I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
