1 /5 Briana Dalion: I bought a bangle for pickup on 08/02, however I didn’t like the clasp because it was hard to open/ close. Today 08/05 I decided to go to Pandora to exchange it for a different bracelet. The employee said she couldn’t exchange it because there was wear and tear. The wear and tear was one scratch that was caused from me struggling to get the clasp open. I also have warranty on the bracelet so it shouldn’t have been a big deal. I ended up going to another Pandora store to exchange it for a different bracelet and the employee gave me no issues.
