    Mallory H: Only have had my ring for almost 2 week and its already bent looks worn down from them resizing it .... then took me multiple trips up to the grand plaz cause they couldnt get the right size. I guess after resizing it 2 times it lowered the quality of the ring Havent even had it for 2 weeks (n prolly only woren it 4 times totally because when they keep resizing it they cut my fringes really bad so it hurst to put my ring on ... and Im still waiting for my finger to heal lol ...) and now its all bent and very thin n looks like its already about to brake ... 300$ down the drain ... Maybe I can find a better jeweler to fix it when it does brake.... but yeah dont recommend this store , cuz Ive actually bought some good jewelry from la grand Plaza but this is really Unacceptable.

    Raquel: I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesnt have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information. And said to me "You walked in at 8:55, we dont have any change left." Then I said "ok well can I pay with a card?" She then said "We dont have any receipt paper left." Yall its the lies... Im literally in utter shock and disbelief at the level of unprofessional treatment and lack of customer service I received. I love jewelry and was prepared to spend all my money in this store. Unfortunately I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!
