1 /5 James Curry: Been collecting silver most of my life, and I know what I have because Ive gone to banks and estate sales collecting these coins, but the second the guy looks at my coins, he calls them fakes, or "copies". I dont know of any real silver coin that is a copy that doesnt have "COPY" stamped somewhere on it. Rude from the jump. Lost my business just as quick. Wasnt looking to buy anything, I just wanted to be with some like-minded individuals for a bit, but insulting my items isnt the way to do it. And the woman working in there seemed like if she smiled it just might hurt a bit. They can do better.

1 /5 Carlos Delaserna: I wanted to write this review a while back,but I stopped my self.I call once in a while to get prices. I dont get it why their so expensive. They make it so easy to shop some where else. Theyre junk silver/ Constitutional always $1.50-$2.50 higher. Silver Per once price $2.00-$3.00 higher . I truly believe they only want people that dont know much about precious metals To take advantage of them. They are not stealing from you. Thats because theyre up front about it. Stay away. With time, theyll change their ways.

5 /5 Rush: I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. These guys use Kitco spot prices to price their bullion, which is the standard any reputable bullion dealer would use. They will quote you prices every day based on the spot price. You will be buying at spot+premium and depending on the bullion, youll sell it to them slightly below spot price. There are no $22 half dollars Ive ever seen there (unless they are graded and in a sealed plastic container). I walk in and ask what their prices are above spot price and immediately know what Ill be getting. If youre trying to flip these coins for a quick profit, youre always going to be disappointed. Buy them and hang onto them, dont try to predict the volatile market. Youre not going to a place like this to get some crazy deal either. Youre going to get a fair price, and Cowtown has always given me a fair price.

Raquel: I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesnt have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information. And said to me "You walked in at 8:55, we dont have any change left." Then I said "ok well can I pay with a card?" She then said "We dont have any receipt paper left." Yall its the lies... Im literally in utter shock and disbelief at the level of unprofessional treatment and lack of customer service I received. I love jewelry and was prepared to spend all my money in this store. Unfortunately I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!
