    Raquel: I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesnt have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information. And said to me "You walked in at 8:55, we dont have any change left." Then I said "ok well can I pay with a card?" She then said "We dont have any receipt paper left." Yall its the lies... Im literally in utter shock and disbelief at the level of unprofessional treatment and lack of customer service I received. I love jewelry and was prepared to spend all my money in this store. Unfortunately I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

I wanted a yellow lab grown diamond and Amanda found so many for me to look at and helped me pick the perfect one! She also did a great job of offering tips and ideas while still letting me design my ring exactly how I wanted. Amanda moved as quickly as we wanted; no rush or pressure. Once we picked the design and diamond we got the ring super quick as well. The ring is absolutely flawless and exactly what I hoped it would be.

Ive been shopping with Elizabeth and her staff since the store opened, and knew I could trust them to do a safe and professional job. I wanted white gold rather than yellow, so Zanny and Sirandyn researched piercing studs to find some that were nickel free. After giving me options, we chose a beautiful pair from Maria Tash. Scheduling was easy, the piercing was painless (truly) and I couldnt be more pleased.

Then, my fiancé worked with Rachel to design the perfect ring and it turned out amazing! The design process was much quicker than I expected, and I was very surprised to get engaged so soon after visiting the store together! She also had great tips for keeping the ring in our price range. They work with you to get you exactly what you want!

    John Hupperts: While our experience creating a custom ring was good and we enjoyed working with them, and the ring initially looked great, the diamond came loose within a few days after proposal. We mailed it back to Franzetti for it to be fixed, and they pinched the bezel. When we opened the mail, we were dismayed to see the bezel mangled a bit, clearly visible to the naked eye. Then, it came loose again within 9 days. My fiancée works on a laptop at home and isn’t rough on her hands. Even so, we had explained that it should be an everyday ring, and if we had known (or been informed) the ring would be so fragile, we wouldn’t have gone this way. She hasn’t been able to wear her ring and we have to keep spending our spare time looking for a solution with other jewelers. I do appreciate that Franzetti did offer to remake the ring, but we opted to have a local jeweler bolster the bezel. The diamond is still minutely loose even after this other jeweler’s work and they say that’s simply a product of the design, but they assure us that the bezel will hold strong. So, maybe it was fine in the first place. Oh well
