1 /5 Shelly Wood: I took my engagement ring in to have it repaired. The female who waited on me seemed nice at first but quickly showed she could care less about helping me. She had a condescending attitude that made me feel like she thought I was beneath her. I left my ring to be repaired. After picking up my ring I noticed that the setting that had been repaired was much higher than the rest and the setting above it felt like it had been sheared off and was cutting into my finger. I took it back to the store and the same female looked at it and said that she could send it back but that I would have to pay for the sheared off setting because they didnt touch that one. It was not like that prior to me bringing it in to have the initial repair but she repeated that I would have to pay for it. I took my ring back and went to the Zales in the Richland Mall where I explained everything that had transpired (there was a lot more to this story than I am writing here because this is long enough already). I was treated so differently there. They treated me like I mattered. I felt seen and heard and they did every thing in their power to make it right. The outlet location is horrible. I do not recommend. If you want to be treated right and to find beautiful jewelry I recommend you go to the Richland Mall location instead.
