Took in some old silver coins after selling him five silver dimes for $20.00, owner telling me its a good deal, I find out afterwards they was worth several thousand dollars more. I feel like he stole from me,I still have the pictures of them and I kick myself in the butt every time I see them for trusting the owner.

5 /5 Alonzo Gonzalez: Bought a $300 foxtail bracelet from James Avery and I fell off of my skateboard while wearing it about a month after I got it and broke the clip. Called James Avery and they said it couldn’t be replaced due to how the clip was fixed to the bracelet. Took to it Van Daele Watch and Jewelry and he ordered a special clasp, and made it look like it never even broke. 10/10 would recommend!

Rachel Harvey: I went to Executive Jewelers based on a recommendation of a friend. She said George was the BEST and she was absolutely right! I wanted to take the head of my husband’s grandmother’s ring and insert it as the main diamond in my own engagement ring. I had been told before that I couldn’t put anything bigger in my original setting, so I stopped by to see if George could. He quickly assessed my needs when I stopped in randomly, then we set an appointment to have the work done to combine the two rings. He originally said maybe 3-day turnaround, which was impressive. However, he invited my husband and I to watch him do the whole process at our appointment and it took an hour and a half! I walked out with the most gorgeous, most sentimental ring ever! I will go back to do other special pieces there in the future! Do not hesitate to bring your dreams to George! He will make them come to life!

Drew Williamson: I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.
