Allana Coleman Lynn at Jim’s Jewelers assisted us with modifications to a couple men’s rings and sized our fingers. The whole staff was welcoming and friendly. We received our rings very quickly and the work was IMPRESSIVE! They also have a wide selection of rings etc. I highly recommend Jim’s Jewelers for all your needs.

Layla Johnson My family and I were in here about 20 minutes ago, at around 8pm. Normally we have a decent experience, however this time was terrible. There was an employee by the name of Natalee. We went to go checkout, and we stood at the register, and we were some of the only ones in the store. She was nowhere to be found. My sister asked where she was, I thought she was helping another customer, but when those two people left, I was confused. At this point, we had been waiting about 8 minutes at the register at this point. I walked the whole store and discovered we were the only ones in there. I called the store, and the phone rang for a few minutes before Natalee came out from the back room, acting like everything was normal. I cant speak as to what she was doing back there obviously, or how long she had even been back there, but to leave the store unattended for any amount of time is unacceptable.

Jaide Reynolds I did a Google search for Tarot Cards. I was directed to a couple of chain stores, which I had already been to with no success as their selections were meager, and this shop which was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Its in a residential area, so I was expecting something simple and quaint. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! They have a large selection of raw stones for $10 a pound outside and an even larger selection of polished crystals and minerals inside! The selection of Tarot Cards was absolutely perfect because I immediately found the deck I was looking for. They have a surprisingly large selection of metaphysical tools for all stages of your spiritual journey inside as well. I could barely drag myself out of this place, but I had laundry in at a laundromat. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. They made helpful and informative suggestions based upon my conversational feedback. They really listened and paid attention. It was truly an immersive and customized experience for me.

Jennifer Ginger was so nice and helpful. She really listened to what we wanted and made our dream rings come true. If there was an option to give this jeweler more stars I would.

Timothy Walding Stopped in to find some spring bars and to ask about a repair on a ring. Lady acted like she did not want to be bothered helping me. I purchased from them before but no more. It was not like the store was busy, there was only 1 other customer besides me in the store. It is amazing how kindness and customer service is a thing of the past.

Kenneth Work My wife had been in contact with Deb about a bracelet she had her eye on. Deb emailed me a link so I could check it out and easily schedule a time to come in. When we arrived, Deb was assisting another customer, but the manager stepped in right away and helped us without missing a beat. The customer service at Kay’s is truly unmatched, friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a Memorial Day discount! Paige They have a lot to choose from, especially jewelry. My daughter loves to buy her earrings from here, and they usually have some type of deal going on. I like to look at their unique assortment of items. For instance, I regret not buying the bar of soap they had that was labeled to be scented like "Beyonces breathe". They keep Gudatama in stock...I mean who wouldnt think a lazy egg yolk with a butt isnt cute? They have everything you didnt know you needed.

I don’t remember their names but everyone was so kind and patient with us, letting us look at every bag we were interested in and monogramming with care. I would rather go to the Tyler location than Houston or Dallas. I can’t wait for my next purchase :)
