    Shannon Fine Jewelers - McAllen
Mario Rosa: Shannon has always treated me with care and respect. Hes replaced watch batteries for me while I wait and hes also cleaned some of my jewelry. Great guy and great experience. Never had a single issue. They have one of a kind pieces too.

Erika Iruegas: Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go. Could not recommend a better place. These picture do not do this beautiful diamond justice.
    Daniels Jewelers - McAllen
A: Omg- sorely disappointed- my fiancé and I walked in to purchase our wedding bands and were in the store for 5minutes and nobody helped us. There were 2 employees and nobody approached us for assistance- we drove to Laredo and actually purchased our bands at the Daniels over there with Mariano- it was totally worth the drive- he helped us out- Daniels at McAllen- please try to be more helpful- you lost a major sale today!
    Regency Jewelers - McAllen
Hien Ha: If have zero star, I will rate for it. Drop my ring at 5:30pm and call the owner to cancel for personal reason. She said ok and should pick up tomorrow cause the store close at 6pm. When I pick up she said the repair man fix it last night. She did not take note and she told did not bother her employee. Bad service and did not recommend.
    Luxury Time Zone - McAllen
Aldo Herrera: I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Luxury Time Zone and its owner, Alberto Ayala. My experience with them was highly unprofessional, and I found their business practices to be misleading. What they advertise as high-end products/services may not be what you actually receive. Proceed with extreme caution.

Adriana lugo: Ms. Yulithza assisted my husband’s and I’s wedding bands for our wedding. The professionalism and patience displayed made the experience stress free in finding the right ring style we wanted. I’m so I love with the rings we selected we highly recommend asking for Yulithza
    Gold Corner - McAllen

Katy Martinez: If I could give this place 0 stars I would they have horrible customer service and they sell FAKE jewelry for real jewelry prices was told a chain I bought for $200 dollars would never get rusted and it started looking bad I took it back and they said they couldn’t help me and that it wasn’t from there store when it had the same brand as the store and I had the receipt I would not spend your money here
James Avery Artisan Jewelry - McAllen
Dung Le: I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.
