5 /5 Vicente Villarreal: I absolutely had a great experience recreating a piece of jewelry here!!!! Jewelers were very considerate and knowledgeable about my pendant. Unfortunately Shannons was the place that had to redo horrible work that was done at a previous jeweler...Wish Shannons would have been my first stop when looking around to recondition my Gold Cross!! Communication was on point during the whole process that only took less than a week versus months!!!! Thank you so much guys/Very greatful!!!!!!!
