Luisa Ramirez I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased a dress that was not on sale, but when I tried to return it they denied my request, claiming it was a sale item. This is completely unfair and misleading. On top of that, the manager was rude and refused to even give me her name. Very unprofessional and disappointing service, I do not recommend this location at all.

A Omg- sorely disappointed- my fiancé and I walked in to purchase our wedding bands and were in the store for 5minutes and nobody helped us. There were 2 employees and nobody approached us for assistance- we drove to Laredo and actually purchased our bands at the Daniels over there with Mariano- it was totally worth the drive- he helped us out- Daniels at McAllen- please try to be more helpful- you lost a major sale today!

Elvia Rodriguez Poor Craftsmanship! I purchased a chain and a pendant on 04/16/2025. The chain was not finished correctly which causes it to snag on everything! Pendant has Our Lady of Guadalupe facing the wrong way. I didnt examine the merch before buying it last minute. I needed it and purchased it. These items were handled by 2 sale reps before I purchased so Im sure they felt the chain and knew what I was buying yet still sold them to me. Im so unhappy. I cant gift this I would be so embarrassed so now I have to take the loss. I just want my money back!

spring of 1979 Mr Omar .is was very helpful and reasonable. Went by to sell my silver coins. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional. I will definitely go again .

Subhash Tatavarty Except for the store manager Elda,staff have no clue about pricing. The price shown on the store display and the actual amount billed are very different. For Standard package nose piercing it says $29.99 but they charged over $48 before tax. The store associate simply charged the card and had no clue on why pricing displayed in the store is different. Similarly in our earlier visits, bill amount is more than what the board says. In short, they expect customers to pay whatever amount they charge at the time of check-out

Hien Ha If have zero star, I will rate for it. Drop my ring at 5:30pm and call the owner to cancel for personal reason. She said ok and should pick up tomorrow cause the store close at 6pm. When I pick up she said the repair man fix it last night. She did not take note and she told did not bother her employee. Bad service and did not recommend.

Albert Garza RIP-OFF SCAMMERS!!! I put a 20% down payment of 3k & some change on a date just Rolex some time back to be held. Months went by & I didn’t go through with the purchase so I walked in to see if I could use that credit towards something else in the store & walked out with a ring they sold me for that same price. I’ve been to 2 other places trying to sell the ring & was quoted $150-$200 the most. They selling chafa jewelry

G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

Sebastian Caballero I went to many other jewelers to see if they could mount some gems but none of them wanted to take the risk. They all told me it was not possible until I found this place. He not only mounted the gems but did some engravings with custom designs that came out perfect. I highly recommend going here, communication via text has been a great help. I will be taking other things I have to be fixed knowing that the job will be a job well done!

Amarantha Segundo Very rude, I went today to return my purchase that I made about 2 weeks ago and the lady said she couldn’t help me because the ring was “scratched” how is a ring that I bought “brand new” scratched?she then went on and said I can go to the Pandora in Mercedes to try and return it there but why am I gonna go and waist my gas just because she didn’t want to help me? How is it my fault they sold me a defective ring.. I should’ve known they sold me a “scratched” ring when the lady that sold it to me in the first place didn’t even want to give me a box or a bag until I asked for one. I’ve been a loyal customer from Pandora for years… going to stop coming here and just go to James Avery maybe they will appreciate my business more than this place. Valery I believe the girl name was not sure I was just to disappointed to remember her name.
