5 /5 Dung Le: I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift.
