Luxury Time Zone - McAllen (TX)

1 /5 Aldo Herrera: I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Luxury Time Zone and its owner, Alberto Ayala. My experience with them was highly unprofessional, and I found their business practices to be misleading. What they advertise as high-end products/services may not be what you actually receive. Proceed with extreme caution.

1 /5 Teflon Chief: Stay away from this place. They sell defective watches. Bought one, had it for 6 to 7 months and broke down. Unfortunately, I could not bring it into the store while under warranty since I live in Europe. A few months after I came back to Texas, and they would not honor the warranty even after being informed of the situation. Terrible service and not to be trusted.

1 /5 Em Ree: Ive had a very hard time (nearly 3 months trying) getting back one of my links that was taken off of my watch after I got it resized. The "jeweler" is needed for nearly everything yet never there. Now theyre saying they might not have it anymore.... why is that?? if it was MY link how can you not have MY link?
