It was a very sentimental project as she’s been gone since 1989 and I wore her ring daily until I broke one day while at work. Karl was upfront with pricing and kept me updated along the way. They created a custom band to go around my engagement ring we got here (we brought our own family diamonds for the center stone and the wedding band) was so glad they could do custom work and for a reasonable price. Will be back time and time again. My now husband’s family has been coming here for many decades now. High quality diamonds as well with a good selection.

5 /5 Pamela Elrod Huffman: I took a pearl ring that my father had given to my mother in the late 1940s to Fuller’s with the idea of having the pearls made into a pendant. I so appreciate the care the Fuller’s staff showed while being entrusted with such a sentimental item. Karl Chaikin created the pendant, and I am in love with this reimagined treasure. Would give 100 stars if I could!

5 /5 Willow Lombardo: Amazing service. Fullers was able to take my great grandmothers ring and turn it into a necklace. The final necklace is amazing and they finished it before they said they would. Also they were able to talk to me about different price points so I could make this piece within my budget. They also were able to buy the gold from the original ring back from me to lower my total coat.
