Apart from the shopping experience, while shopping around, you will find that most establishments will quote you the total cost within 20% of the average. The split between the stone and the setting can differ. Bobby gave us the best deal on the total cost. christina metcalf: Need a rotary phone, roll top desk, Johnny Cash poster, and gram of gold? Of course you do and this is the place to find those things and so much more. A visit here is “exploring”, not shopping. So many treasures and treats from the past. It’s more than jewelry. It’s a history lesson. Even the location is historic. It once was a bank (as you can tell from the building’s architecture and safe in the back). We’ve been coming to McKinney for six years now (just moved here permanently) and this store is one of our first stops each visit. Go check it out.

Angelica: I had a beautiful sapphire bracelet given to me by my husband as a Mother’s Day gift. As I was looking for places in my area that fixed jewelry, I really wanted to give this place a chance. I was very happy with the great reviews they have. I went in for the bracelet adjustment, I needed a few links removed for it to fit me without it sliding off. I dropped off the bracelet on Wednesday, a few days after Mother’s Day. They told me it would take one week for it to be ready. I called back one week later & was told it was ready. As soon as I get home I inspect it noticing there is a chip on one of the sapphire stones. I am angry. It’s a brand new bracelet! I call the place and they tell me to come back. When I show up I get told “this happens” that’s not something I want to hear. They say they are able to replace the sapphire stone with another one which would take another couple of days. They call me telling me it’s ready, I inspect it and it’s ok. The sapphire stone is a different shade of blue than the original ones. I am very upset with this experience & should have gone elsewhere. Most definitely will not be coming back as I needed my other jewelry fixed as well.
