    Angelica: I had a beautiful sapphire bracelet given to me by my husband as a Motherā€™s Day gift. As I was looking for places in my area that fixed jewelry, I really wanted to give this place a chance. I was very happy with the great reviews they have. I went in for the bracelet adjustment, I needed a few links removed for it to fit me without it sliding off. I dropped off the bracelet on Wednesday, a few days after Motherā€™s Day. They told me it would take one week for it to be ready. I called back one week later & was told it was ready. As soon as I get home I inspect it noticing there is a chip on one of the sapphire stones. I am angry. Itā€™s a brand new bracelet! I call the place and they tell me to come back. When I show up I get told ā€œthis happensā€ thatā€™s not something I want to hear. They say they are able to replace the sapphire stone with another one which would take another couple of days. They call me telling me itā€™s ready, I inspect it and itā€™s ok. The sapphire stone is a different shade of blue than the original ones. I am very upset with this experience & should have gone elsewhere. Most definitely will not be coming back as I needed my other jewelry fixed as well.

    Hugh Cooley: My wife has two high end watches that need new batteries. Saw a number of good reviews so we Went to Allen Village Jewelers today to get new batteries for both watches. Was shocked at the exorbitant, high price they wanted. $165 for one watch and $65 for the other. We already had a price of $45 each for new batteries. As we left the store the woman chased us down and said ā€œOK, I will give you a 20% discountā€. We told her we already had prices way lower than her 20% discount price. I would suggest anyone doing business with Allen Village Jewelers compare prices with other stores.

    Chris Goodman: These guys are great! Super nice and very professional. I took in a Movado Series 800 in for service and I had them shop off my wedding ring because I couldnā€™t take it off. They fixed the watch I brought in and resized my ring. My ring looked brand new like the day I got married, 26 years ago. They were quick and super pleasant to work with. Definitely Iā€™ll have to purchase something from them in the near future!
