1 /5 Axay Amin: Really bad customer service. Not enough ppl in branch to server all customer. System goes down in the middle of transaction and no one knows what happened to the transaction. No one is helping walk in customer event hough PB is not busy. Lots of room for improvement.

1 /5 La Oveja: 03/13/2025 12:00. The guy in the front desk was very rude. He asked me my personal information in the lobby. Trying to open two business accounts but it wasnt possible. They dont even know that in Texas you cant have an EIN for each DBA you own as Sole P. The Law says is one EIN for as many DBAs you own.

1 /5 Wasim B: One of the worst BoFA branch and worst customer service especially from the branch manager. The branch manager declined to support me with a domestic wire transfer since some normal online authentication methods couldn’t work even though I was physically present in the branch with all of my ID’s. They made me stress out and couldn’t support a customer who is Preferred Platinum rewards and has been banking loyalty with BoFA from last 12 years. I went to the Rosenberg branch and received excellent customer service. The branch manager at Rosenberg is extremely helpful, supportive and have top notch customer service. I got the same thing done without any hassles. I personally feel this branch in Richmond needs a complete revamp with having great customer representatives and firstly replacing with a better management

1 /5 Ismail Kamanli: They said “no manager because of that we cannot give a cashier check service” If you don’t keep manager at the location, don’t open your bank. I waited 30 mins in line for learning “no manager at the bank” Waste of time. Because of that I worked with Chase.

1 /5 Terry Cummings: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I didn’t realize they don’t open until 10 and got there at 9:30. That’s on me for not thinking I needed to check their hours. All I wanted to do was open a checking account. I should have known when the couple ahead of me walked out of the worker’s office saying “This is ridiculous,” after no one there could do what they needed. That same worker was going to help me. He was about to get started when another came in and said he was needed to sign for something. After a few minutes, another man came in and when I politely, calmly told him how frustrated I was getting and that I had a migraine from whatever fragrant scent their system was circulating, he began mansplaining how they operated and I should have known all these things and he had to pull the gentleman who was going to help me and the previous customers from somewhere else in the bank … By the time he finished, he had made everything MY fault, and I picked up my papers and walked out. I recommend doing business with one of the other banks that are across the street.
