1 /5 Terry Cummings: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I didn’t realize they don’t open until 10 and got there at 9:30. That’s on me for not thinking I needed to check their hours. All I wanted to do was open a checking account. I should have known when the couple ahead of me walked out of the worker’s office saying “This is ridiculous,” after no one there could do what they needed. That same worker was going to help me. He was about to get started when another came in and said he was needed to sign for something. After a few minutes, another man came in and when I politely, calmly told him how frustrated I was getting and that I had a migraine from whatever fragrant scent their system was circulating, he began mansplaining how they operated and I should have known all these things and he had to pull the gentleman who was going to help me and the previous customers from somewhere else in the bank … By the time he finished, he had made everything MY fault, and I picked up my papers and walked out. I recommend doing business with one of the other banks that are across the street.
