Angelo Anaya: There’s literally no one here whenever they’re scheduled to be here. I’m staring at lights on in the business and a lit open sign. Heavily debating reporting this place to BBB or whatever parent company owns it. The only functional “All People’s Insurance” is the one at Doniphan. The business owner needs to get their stuff together. Unless using Doniphan is a viable option, I urge all customers to not consider the dyer location until some vital business changes occur.

Amber Zubia: The girl emily messed up my policy renewal, she put double coverage on my car and absolutely made a mess of things. She said shed fix the issue and call me back and never did and avoided my calls afterwards. I spoke to her manager and he was extremely condescending, talked to me like i was stupid, spoke over me, and only apologized after i had said he hasnt even had the decency to do that. The manager should be fired, he was extremely unprofessional, very rude and im baffled that hes the person in charge.
