I usually pay in person but sometimes I pay by phone but the past couple times I called to make a payment I got someone from Laredo who spoke broken English & talked so fast I couldnt keep up,this was really upsetting b/c I dont live in Laredo I live in Corpus Christi TX!!! Whats up with that, apparently this ofc doesnt give a damn about their customers so I guess Ill have to start looking for another company.
