5 /5 Ramos Homero “Cats Man”: I had to go to the Ayers street,Fred Loya insurance office to pay my bill and had to drive out of my way because the way I was treated at the Baldwin insurance office by a person that I didnt know if it was a man or woman the name was a viana or something like that. The Ayers office was a lot better and the lady working there was by far better in customer service.

5 /5 travis brownlee: I would like to thank Deborah Nuncio and staff for staying late to assist customers that purchased a vehicle from me and help them obtain the best policy for them. Their level of service was much better and above expectations. As compared another office that we had visited earlier that refused to service my customer. Thank you all for assisting make a customer very happy.

2 /5 No Account: So far so good. Somewhat concerning is filing a claim haven’t done that yet so if I do have to will need to update my review. Friendly staff at the Ayers St. location. Things in the last few days has changed my Review. Employees at the Ayers location even after their 40hour Certification course and State Exam it appears as if the employees do not know how to rightfully advise their customers/policyholders. Now I’m highly concerned IF I ever have to file a claim. Would I be told the truth? I’m having anxiety writing this. Fred Loya CEO’s, Owner Emily Smith properly train your employees. Just reverted one policyholder to mine I don’t mind spending the money to take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: I took my business elsewhere these people dont know what they are doing. Got a better rate with s competitor. So thankful I never had to file a claim.
