1 /5 Deanna Hinojosa: The level of unprofessionalism was a shocker for me. Called Over 5 times to purchase a policy and kept getting the run around. When I was finally able to speak to someone they raised the down payment on me 80 dollars. Which I know is just a fee for commission. Then when I said no they said they were going to call me back because they had already signed the policy for me and I just had to pay it. They never called me. I needed the insurance today. And I had been calling for hours before closing. Horrible customer service.
