I recently dropped a vehicle off my policy, and they immediately credited my account, allowing me to "skip" a month of payments. Go Fred Loya!

1 /5 Loy Duncan: They advertise how they are low cost, after they waste 15 minutes of your time getting your personal information (probably so they can bomb your mail box and phone with unwanted solicitations); then they tell you that they only offer $1000.00 deductible for full coverage. I just saved you a phone call. Youre welcome.

5 /5 Deborah Clark: The lobby is pretty spacious and the agents are extremely helpful. Being able to assist us in person and over the phone for payments. Theyre really fast and VERY professional. Ive used different insurance companies in the past and the wait is always pretty long. Or Im disconnected or waiting awhile to make payments or get an estimate. There hasnt been any of that with this company.
