5 /5 Steve Franz: Great job on my hair, beard, eyebrows.... Tina does an excellent, soaking, Pedicure, that keeps me from having ingrown toenails, on my big toes. Less trips to the foot doctor, to have them cut out.... Its best to make an appointment, she does get busy at peak times...

1 /5 carlos amador: As a guy getting his first manicure I wanted to check around with other guys and listen to what they said. I thought ok at least I can get an idea of what a manicure will be like. So a few thoughts on my horrible experience with Tina and TD Hair & Nail. She was busy when I arrived the first time which I can understand - no where is there any mention of appointment or calling ahead - still I wanted to go somewhere another guy had suggested so when she said to come back at 2 I said ok. Fast forward to 2 and I arrive - she is busy and apologizes for being busy. Even after telling me to come back at 2. And made no effort which reflects on the quality of service and the low disregard for others. If you are reading this and/or were considering coming here - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - you can do and deserve better.

5 /5 Linda SH: Contrary to the one star post that Tina is inconsiderate, I will say that Ive been coming here for over a year and she has always been friendly and, if very busy, apologetic that I may have to wait. Apparently the other "guy" this gentleman got his recommendation from did not tell him appointments are highly recommended in for a one person shop. Im sure he saw how booked she was the first time, and as he was really a "walk in" even at 2, she would not have been rude to him. Tina knows her regulars and how we like to spend our time. Even if shes behind when I come in for a pedicure, shell seat me in a chair and let me soak my feet which is really relaxing. When its just me, she always turns on her Zen music to make the experience all mine. Manicures cant soak as long, so waiting is just part of it. Notice he didnt say whether he got his nails done and what the quality of the work was. Isnt that the most important thing? Calling Tina now for a pedicure and facial appointment!

Kayla Harris: Very rude and aggressive. Never going back. My boyfriend and I went and she had an attitude the whole entire time. We were serviced by the darker skin toned lady. On top of that she hit my boyfriend and I rudely instead of just asking us to move our arm. Very unprofessional, I advice everyone not to waste your time and money there. Your whole service will be rushed and done incorrectly. For my first time going there it was a horrible experience!

Carolyn Fish: So my 1st time in this salon, and definitely my last time in it. I went in and the lady that greeted me was very friendly and said they could do what I wanted which is the 1st picture. She walked me back and had me sit down to start working on my feet, clearly before work ever began her and another lady who was working on someone else started arguing about what I wanted, I should have left then, but I didnt. The lady working on my feet refused to cut my toenails down, my right big toenail grows faster than my other toenails for whatever reason and weird, I told the lady that I wanted it cut down and why, again argued and refused to do what I asked. So another lady is working on my fingernails never asked what shape or length I wanted, she put tips on my nails cut then with scissors any old way never filed or shaped them, she then polished them, cured them under the little light they use, Im thinking shes gonna file and shape them now Nope she gets up and walks off, and never returned, the lady working on my feet didnt no how to do french tip design she had the lady who greeted me do that. You no the old saying if it at broke dont try to fix, stick with what you no, in the last 2 days that has been so very true for me. Next time I will stick with the salon I normally go to. Ive never ever walked out with out tipping before even with bad service and not liking my nails, this time I did first time ever. For a number of reasons Bad customer service, extremely bad work, just rude and over paid and I went to get my nails done for a wedding tomorrow. Lesson learned never ever again will I go to this place!!!!!!!!! Yes I should have said something and I didnt because I can only imagine how that would have went.
