The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I got a gel-x with a custom design, and April did an amazing job! She paid close attention to detail, ensuring the shape and design were exactly how I wanted. The polish was applied smoothly and evenly, and the final look was amazing !
24/7 NAILS & SPA - Baytown Carley Kindred: Wyna is amazing, she did my nails and eyebrows and I’ve never been happier with how everything turned out! I have definitely found my new nail lady!
Vip Nails Baytown - Baytown Carolyn Fish: So my 1st time in this salon, and definitely my last time in it. I went in and the lady that greeted me was very friendly and said they could do what I wanted which is the 1st picture. She walked me back and had me sit down to start working on my feet, clearly before work ever began her and another lady who was working on someone else started arguing about what I wanted, I should have left then, but I didnt. The lady working on my feet refused to cut my toenails down, my right big toenail grows faster than my other toenails for whatever reason and weird, I told the lady that I wanted it cut down and why, again argued and refused to do what I asked. So another lady is working on my fingernails never asked what shape or length I wanted, she put tips on my nails cut then with scissors any old way never filed or shaped them, she then polished them, cured them under the little light they use, Im thinking shes gonna file and shape them now Nope she gets up and walks off, and never returned, the lady working on my feet didnt no how to do french tip design she had the lady who greeted me do that. You no the old saying if it at broke dont try to fix, stick with what you no, in the last 2 days that has been so very true for me. Next time I will stick with the salon I normally go to. Ive never ever walked out with out tipping before even with bad service and not liking my nails, this time I did first time ever.
For a number of reasons
Bad customer service, extremely bad work, just rude and over paid and I went to get my nails done for a wedding tomorrow. Lesson learned never ever again will I go to this place!!!!!!!!! Yes I should have said something and I didnt because I can only imagine how that would have went.
THE NAILS & SPA - Baytown - Baytown Angelica: Came here bc of the great reviews and left happy with my nails. I got Mr. Nguyen he’s a funny guy and was accommodating to my requests. When you come in you have to check in using the kiosk, pick your color and then wait for your turn.
Baytown Nails & Spa - Baytown Alexis Flores: Today was my first time going here . My daughter and I got full sets and the tech that did them is Vivian she did an amazing job and we are so pleased . Vivian not only did great with our nails , she talked to us the whole time and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend

Citrus Nail Spa - Baytown Quanda Kaisley: The customer service at citrus nail spa is always so warm and welcoming. Linh Always does my nails, and she never disappoints. She executes my request and visions so perfectly that there is no way I could ever go to anyone else. Her attention to detail is amazing. Here are just a few sets she has done for me. What I loved even more is the girls doing nails actually communicating with the clients.
Also really enjoyed how gentle they are here.
The ones back at home I always leave with my hands and feet hurting because of how rough the techs are. But not here. The techs are wonderful. Smiles are contagious!

VM Nails & Spa - Baytown Emily Elizondo: Went in to get pedicures with my mom and sister. We were excited to have a girls day since my mom came from out of town. BEFORE we even went into the salon we asked how much it was for a pedicure. They stated $30. We got FOUR pedicures (#2 - $37)
Once they tallied up the total she said $51 for each pedicure. Which made no damn sense!
My niece who is 11 got one. We asked why it was $51 and they could not give us an explanation. We told them exactly what we wanted and they definitely took advantage and overcharged us. If you look at my pictures this is definitely not worth a $50 pedicure. The nail polish isn’t even or cleaned up, I also asked the lady 3/4 times to do an overlay since some of my toe nails were shorter. The lady who was doing my toes said “no it’s okay” how are you going to tell me how I want my toes! Horrible experience
We will not be going back.
Citrine Nail Bar - Baytown Patricia Murphy: They were excellent…..very friendly. They made us feel so welcome and could not have done anything more to take care of us. That speaks volumes to me ……. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been put in a chair and then not spoken to again until they are done and want their money. That doesn’t happen at Citrine Nails!!!
We were both super impressed and we both loved our nails!!! I had dipped nails and my friend had a pedicure and nails (not sure which ones)
Will definitely be going back.
