5 /5 Miri Ramos: Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is super friendly and talented. They did an amazing job on my nail design—so detailed and beautifully done. The salon is also very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality nail art and great service!
5 /5 CTyad: Thankful for Orchid Nails Boutique! We were in town for the J-Hope concerts and wanted to get our nails done before! We came in from out of town, so we just searched the one closest to where we were staying. Im so glad we came here! The staff was so patient and accommodating to us for being walk-ins. Loved my nails! They came out great. Great pedicures, too!
5 /5 Alanna: BEST pedicure in San Antonio! Ask for the VIP menu - I had the red ginseng and it was unbelievable. Jelly, steam, serums, hot towels, super clean! My new favorite place!
5 /5 Linda Simone: Received an excellent dip manicure from Josh today.beautiful neutral shade with a bit of ring-finger elegance. Really appreciated the hand massage as well. Thank you, Josh!
1 /5 S L: If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT go to this place. This was my 3rd time here I went in to have my Overlay soaked Off as I had gotten a refill by the Manager the week before because Jenny was out of town. I was not pleased with the refill as the same day it started lifting from the base of the nail and I had asked him to trim my nails and he did not trim them. So I went back in to get them soaked off & just get regular polish until I was ready to do a new set somewhere else. A lady began soaking off my nails and filing them down with the machine that she had at full speed and cut me so many times. I told her multiple times it was painful and she would just push my hands back into the acetone to continue soaking them off which burned a lot given I had cuts. She began cutting my nails as I asked for a trim and she cut them way too short and was stubborn and continued to try to cut my nails while I still had acrylic on! It was extremely painful I had to completely pull my hand away from her so she would stop. I realize at this point now I probably should have walked out… She cut my nails so short and next week I have my Engagement photo shoot that I had been growing my natural nails out for. I was devastated to say the least. Then the Manager came to paint my nails which he did a terrible job at and finished it off with an old, clumpy top coat. Once I got home about 30 minutes later I washed my hands under warm water and the entire paint started coming off like stickers. My nails and cuticles were throbbing in pain from all the cuts and how aggressive they had been. I was still bleeding 30 mins after leaving. I was in a lot of pain still the following day having to apply neosporin and aquaphor to heal my cuticles. I am still not 100% healed and continue treating the injuries they caused me. I have added pictures of before and afters. My engagement photo shoot nails I had worked hard to grow out were complete ruined and my photo shoot is one week out. I still had to pay $25 which this was something I should not have paid for and that is completely wrong and nobody should go through this. Not to mention how unhygienic and unsafe it is to cause these wounds to people that can lead to serious infections. The Manager saw my hands and fingers and he was the one that did the awful paint job and who did my last refill which was awful and the first time I went in he did my set which I hated and gave them a second chance with Jenny but I will no longer go here ever again.

Jabre Williams-Southerland: Updated:Maria will definitely give you head turning nails. She was featured in San Antonio Express as one of the best "Bling" Nail professionals in San Antonio & she does not disappoint.I saw the article & immediately messaged her on Instagram. She was solidly booked for the next 2weeks so she took my name & number and promised to call if she had a cancellation (of course I didnt believe that was gonna happen so I booked elsewhere lol). 2 days later Maria called me because she had a cancelation & I am so glad she was a woman of her word..I was able to get an Ombre Coffin Set with Bling for my birthday trip to Vegas to see Bruno Mars. I loved the finished look and I got so many compliments . The bling/crytals were good quality & not one fell off before my 2week fill.Glad I finally found a person in SA that can really do celebrity style nails..

Mallie Mullins: Loved my experience! My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. We came in last minute and they took us in. I just went for a pedicure but they offered to do my manicure while I was getting my toes done so we weren’t late for our dinner reservations. People are super sweet! I will be coming back!

Arlie Haddox: I will never go back. Worst experience ever. The service is quick and they are polite but they pretend to not understand English so they can do what they want and charge you more. I asked for acrylic full set with polish for my girls. They gave them dip powder and charged 50 a piece for them. The nails were misshaped and uneven. I asked for white tips for myself and again the nails were misshaped and very sloppy. I paid $160 for some nails that would’ve looked better had I done them myself and I don’t even do nails.

Sondra Hines: The place has an open sign lit up. I am here within the hours of operation. However-for some reason the place IS NOT OPEN! There is another customer parked beside me and neither one of us know as to why the door is locked. I give...guess they do not want our business.

Gage McLean. -Reg: Came in the other day to get my nail done. Lady was very rude and I Saw a couple come in and lady wanted her nails fixed from the person there who did it. Women caused a scene and called the police on these poor people. Please don’t come here, these people have no talent, customer service, or integrity. Shame on yall!!!!

Summer Prim: I never had a stylist that ensured each nail was perfect as she does. She is always friendly and does amazing work. Its hard to find someone who does elaborate/bling designs at a reasonable price. And they hold! I am very rough on my nails and they do not give or break when I go to her. I love getting my nails done by her, Ill pass on nail salons after her services.

Christy Lynn: So this was supposed to be a fill, asked for hombre style black going into red, and to fix 1 nail that acrylic was lifting on my natural nails. This is what I got, and the 1 that needed fixing after 3 days is lifting again!
