Amanda Gutierrez Loved how friendly the staff was. The only reason to not give a 5 stars would be that they don’t pay attention to details when it comes to painting nails with gel and polish. The clean up job was mediocre and I could see the remnants on my nail under the top coat. I would recommend this place for a full coat of gel/polish not for designs or French.

Tanya Gatlin My experience at Grand Nails: 1. Jesse makes me feel right at home. She is a great conversationalist and loves what she does. 2. Jesse does an excellent job on my natural nails and clearly takes pride in her work. This alone allows me to put full trust in her abilities and skills. 3. The shop is clean, cozy, and classy. 4. Lindsey does fabulous job with my pedicures. 5. I was somewhat nervous about getting my brows done, but Jesse does a fantastic clean-up, wax job. She keeps my brows shaped just right. 6. The shop is literally 5 minutes away. 7. This is a small family-owned biz--which I like. Overall, I am pleased and repeat customer. I highly recommend Grand Nails. 8. I like to name Jesses nail-art work. My favorites are the white collar button-down, the pink cherry blossoms, the rose pearl blossoms, the fibonacci, and the yellow Sunday.

Timi horrible ass customer service. If you only want to come here for one service do not come here they will prioritize somebody else that has two or more services before you. It doesnt matter if you came in an hour before that person, they will still take that person before you because they see that person as giving them more money to the business. This is the second time this has happened to me where I came for one service and they prioritize somebody else after me that came for multiple services. It is not fair on my part because you are Wasting my time if you did not want to do my service, you couldve said we cannot do it right now and I wouldve left instead of me sitting in the lobby for almost 20 minutes and receiving nothing in return.

Madyson Jameson My mother and me scheduled an appointment with this amazing nail shop called Brand Nail Bar. The service was absolutely amazing, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and given a very welcoming atmosphere. The decor was stunning, such cute greenery decorations and the lights and chandeliers were so beautiful with a sense of whimsy. Bebe was my nail stylist and was very gentle with my toes and cuticles and amazing at my pedicure! The chairs are absolutely comfortable and the massage was well worth it while my pedicure was done! Ty was a delight to talk to and we had a lot of different conversations definitely glad I came here since I’m such a Chatty Kathy. I absolutely recommend scheduling an appointment and they’re always willing to accommodate if you’re running late! Amazing salon five stars for sure!!!

Sarah Barry I would not go back. They were kind but I didn’t feel justified paying for the job that was done on my nails. I didn’t want/need any designs. My skin was not oiled at the cuticles and they weren’t removed…they didn’t clean up extra nail polish or dust from my skin…and couldn’t properly shape my nails into what I wanted.

Ashley Morton Hands down one of the best manicure/pedicures Ive had in ages. Its so hard to find a good salon but this is the one! Communication is amazing and theyve got a lot of examples to be able to review your nail goals. I cant say enough good about this place. Ying was amazing and so was Tony. ❤️ I listed $100-120 but thats because I did a top level pedicure and opted into services that mattered to me for cuticles and such. I was going all out compared to what some may opt for but I think they had great prices for what they offered. Ive paid as much or more for less!

Claudia Prindle So I decided to give this place a try in September. Went there a few times and had acrylic nails fill in and pedicure done. About a month ago, they convinced me that I needed my cuticles cut too. Said okay. A few days later, I noticed some darker spots under a couple of my nails. Last time there, the lady doing my nails, who took over 2 hours to fill in, obviously not knowing what she was doing, told me to just remove and replace the acrylic on those nails. This is obviously fungus, and the only place that Ive been its here. Not going back to a place where its clear that they dont care about their customers enough to sterilize their equipment in between customers.

Sure to health issues my nails took the turn for the worst but these ladies did their magic and beautiful. They take their time and make sure it’s perfect and very detail. The establishment itself was spotless and had a relaxing atmosphere. I was even offered champagne, which was such a nice touch! Nancy did my eyebrows and a refill on my nails, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails and brows turned out fabulous! Candy Rogers Great experience my first time and really great staff. My first visit was GREAT! However, my second visit was not. $85 for a FILL and the quality is very poor. Asked for nude and got pink and it started chipping away the next day. It’s been less than a week. And my cuticles weren’t managed.

Taylor Littlejohn I went to this nails shop on a Wednesday around 2pm requesting a dip set. I paid 120 for these nails that took her 2 hours to complete when I told them I wasn’t happy with the design they told me to come back next day to have same lady fix. I want to say the lady who did my nails was really sweet and I appreciate her efforts I just believe she hasn’t mastered designs and needs more practice. When I came back the next day and spoke to manager about nails he informed me this was how their work is done. The design looks perfect. I was confused and extremely confused that a place like this would be ok with work like this being done. I told him I understood and left I will never come back to this place again. That same day my nail broke. This wasn’t even 48hrs after getting my nails done.

Who runs a business like that, you have to be willing to take on walk in customers in a profession like this to make it convenient for your customers not yourself. Shumaila Dosani Update: As soon as the staff here saw my review they called me in to get it fixed and they are exactly how I wanted them to be. I really appreciate good customer service and was sure to tip the nail tech who put in the effort to fix my nails. Tho I wish I didn’t have to come back out for this I do appreciate their efforts! I was super excited to try the glass nail trend, but unfortunately, this salon didn’t have the necessary jelly nail polish for it. Jelly nails are a huge trend right now, so I expected a well-known chain like this to have what’s needed, but they didn’t. The nail tech tried her best to improvise with a glossy tint, but it was clear she wasn’t familiar with the technique. This lack of expertise seems to be a recurring issue. Most of the nail techs don’t appear to be very experienced or skilled. Out of the entire staff, there might be two or three people who are amazing, but if you’re new, it feels like a game of Russian roulette. To make matters worse, the nails chipped the very next day—$70 completely wasted. I won’t be visiting again. Additionally, my friend, who visits this salon every month, was rushed and treated rudely. After she had already been seated, they asked her to step aside because she was a little indecisive about her choice. If you’re looking for anything trendy or slightly complex, this is not the place to go.

Peyton Glass UPDATE: the owner has reached out and i have an appt tuesday so will update accordingly. Went to this location last night with my husband and 9 mo old. Yes, i understand getting nails done with a little one in tow isn’t always convenient for staff but my husband and I deserved to get our nails and toes down. I told them we both wanted pedicures and manicures and I wanted a full set with dip and my husband wanted shellac. I also said I wanted to get my nails done last so once my husband was done, he could hold him! I was told we need to pick out a color. I asked the man at the front desk which were which so we could coordinate colors. I was told a technician wouldn’t have a problem helping us with colors. We sit in our seats, my little one in my lap, the nail tech approached to start on my hands immediately. I reminded them that I wanted to wait until my pedicure was over to start my hands. The lady had a HUGE problem with this, cut her eyes at me and then rolled them. Then turned around AGAIN and cut her eyes at me again. I told her, I’m paying for two different services and would like them to happen how I asked. If it was a problem I should’ve been notified when it was originally talked about. We get the best pedicures and genuinely thought our experience was turning around, until I get my nails done. After repeatedly telling the SAME RUDE TECH multiple times what I wanted she kept doing the exact opposite. We still paid for the service as we were promised the wrong would be righted. We were told to come back today and they would fix them only to get told they will not be fixing them without with costing me. Mind you we spent $250. we were told this would not cost us and it was all a lie last night.

Carissa Orsak Lina provided an excellent service with my nails! I chose dip powder, and she created a delightful Christmas design. She was thorough and engaging in conversation. Additionally, Hannah did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I highly recommend their services.

peach princess I came in there to get my nails done. But the stylist CiCi started asking me if I played Roblox. I said no ma’am please finish my nails. She proceeded to show me her lego shaped head and said here this is Roblox. Then she started laughing. I was disgusted and asked for a refund. Instead she called the police. These were the nails. I’m a loving woman from Houston but some things are just too far. Fire Cici.

Mike gave me the most amazing, relaxing pedicure I have had and his work is perfection. I opted for French and my feet have never looked better. My next expeice was with Nancy who did a full face threading (which is normally a bit uncomfortable) and no discomfort. She clearly has an A+ technique and my eyebrows have never looked better. It became clear to me why this salon is top notch, Minh, the manager, is so caring and her enthusiasm is contagious. Prices are fair, salon is extremely clean and the service is impeccable. Francesca Gonzales Been a loyal customer of Wanderlust Nail Boutique for almost 4 years now. My mom and I always get pedicures monthly. I am assured that the employees will do an efficient and thorough job. Although all the employees do wonderful jobs, we love and always request Ms. Vi! I am especially particular when it comes to acrylic nails; I can always trust this nail salon to give me very cute nails that last for a while. The longest I’ve had my nails was 5 weeks! I love this place and recommend it to anyone trying to find a great place to get their mani-pedi.

Court H Love the results, but they change the prices every time for what you get. I went from $45 to $55 for the same nail type / shape and they can never be consistent… the first time it was “short” the second time it was “long” even though I asked for short. They verbally told me a price before beginning then added to it at the end… again, wonderful quality but I hate the back and forth. I’d happily pay the price if that’s what was on the menu or something that I’ve been told upfront. At this point it’s just the principle that’s the issue.

Taylor Greene Unfortunately disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I both got pedicures and full sets. I asked for powder french tip but the lady did shellac. And apparently deep french tip which I didnt even know what that was but was charged an extra $10 for. Nails are super uneven paint wise, thickness, and length. Initially I was just frustrated with my nails but got home and noticed, toes were painted horribly and my daughters nails are spotty and acrylic is uneven. The man at the front offered to redo my nails but unfortunately we already spent 2 hours there and had somewhere to be and I work 6 12hr shifts starting tomorrow. But I was hoping Id be able to make time to have my fixed. When we got home I noticed all the other issues, Every service we received was poorly done. Wont come again and would advise others to look for other options too.

Meltem Ekren Came in on July 3, 2024, around 6 PM, walk-in. LEFT WITH CHEMICAL BURNS. I visited this nail salon for the first time to have my nails and toes done. I began with a pedicure, then "Kay" came over to do my nails. I showed her a picture of oval nails with French tips. She started by quickly gluing on the nails and began shaping them. After she finished my first hand, I politely mentioned, "I actually wanted them more round." Suddenly, she became defensive. Despite my relaxed demeanor and approach, she was argumentative and completely dismissed me, arguing that "round" and "oval" are not the same. Oval is a rounded shape, not pointed like a stiletto, which is what she was creating. However, the real issue was her terrible attitude. My issue with nail technicians is this: if youre unable to perform a certain style, just be upfront about it. Theres no need to dismiss clients or make them feel inadequate for commenting on the service theyre receiving. I informed her that I didnt want her to continue and asked her to remove the nails. She then submerged both hands in a bowl of acetone. When she finally finished, my hands came out with chemical burns all over them. She softened her stance after seeing the damage and apologized for the burns, but it was too late. I explained everything to the receptionist, but he too was defensive. Although he apologized, he showed no real sincerity or remorse for the situation. I wont be returning, but I hope my review can serve as a warning for others who may be swayed by positive reviews, as I was. I urge you to CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SALON. This experience was exceptionally bad; also contrary to what the receptionist implied, I am experienced with acetone and nail treatments (I do nails myself and have been getting it done for years), and I’ve never had such bad burns in my life. This place should be ashamed of the service they provided and the harm done to my hands.

Karen Jones I needed a refill and the powder was really dark. They said I could get clear powder, then shellac paint. Next refill, I can go light or dark without having to remove the entire color. I also got a pedicure even though it’s winter. I really enjoyed my experience at Oasis.

D A Black I wish I could rate higher but the service was just ok. I was a walk-in and was quickly seen. The attendant started to work on my feet immediately and even offered me a beverage several times. Wax was involved in my service. Normally the dead skin is buffed off before wax, I thought. I had to ask for my feet to be buffed- the job she did was not good at all. If my toes weren’t painted I would have thought I had not had a pedicure. I even have a cut on my cuticle. When she was rubbing alcohol to clean my nail bed, I mentioned that it stung and that I must have a cut. I was dismissed and told that she didn’t cut me.

Gabriela Koehn READ THE LOW STAR REVIEWS 1ST Deceptive about prices, half a$$ work. Went in a week ago with an appointment for 3 mani and pedi forat thing when they opened. The employee was told we had an appointment and proceeded to start with someone else after she had sat all 4 us in the chairs. During pedicures, other employee kept asking my sister if she wanted "gel or shellac," to which my sister responded "I want whatever the colors are of the samples you gave me. She asked my sister this 6 times. I clearly told the girl working with me that I wanted regular color for both hands and feet, she handed me the samples (not much to choose from.) As she was mid way through my pedicure she asks again about the color , so I show her. She says ,"Those are shellac." I reminded her that I wanted regular color, and I chose based on what she handed me to select from. It all got worse from there. They still hadnt started our manicures except for my sister (manager kelly started with her), and other customers were coming in who they were starting with. I told her to forget it I didnt want color and I was not going to do my hands. When it came time to pay Kelly tries to charge me $5 for removing previous color off my toes. DONT THINK SO She charged my sister $15 *4 for shellac (she paid for 3rd person mani pedi) At no time did they ever disclose extra charge or explain/clarify what kind of polish was being used(remember she kept asking gel or shellac). I could go on...u get the picture DISHONEST BUSINESS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Shima Azimi First time here and Mimi did such a great job on my nails! Her attention to detail and patience is amazing. Im a very picky person and she was very patient with me. Shes also relevantly quick. Prices are great- for a refill + design I paid $65. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and the way the nails turn out. Im glad I found a place close to home and dont have to make a 20 minute commute to Sugar Land anymore.

So I thought I would try a new one this time. They took me in without an appointment but I called ahead to make sure there was someone available. I had the dip powder with extensions and a classic pedicure. I had the R124 color and loved it. The ladies were super nice and gentle. They don’t rush you call and they are very personable. All the staff seems to get along very well. It feels like they are very comfortable around each other. It’s a cozy, quiet, and relaxing salon with very nice people. I will definitely be coming back.

susan rodriguez The ladies were nice and friendly so no complaints on that end . They even fixed my mom’s polish after she accidentally touched something. The prices are great so that’s why they get 3 stars . We brought our own polish since I’ve had bad experiences using salon ones . Star was taken off since my tech seemed to miss the sides of ALL my nails with the top coat . This made the nail look uneven and blotchy. We didn’t even notice until we already gone .Probably will just return if I need a quick clean up but will paint nail’s myself . My mom’s nails were also kind of blotchy and uneven . I’m sure it wasn’t my polishes either since I’ve used them at home and other salons and the look is way better .

Jessica Contreras I gave this place another try yesterday and will definitely not go there again. I went in for a refill they charged me $35.00 just to cut nails shorter and only apply clear nail polish. No manicure it was just a refill. Had a pedicure, also not good. Don’t waste your time or money here. Quality of service is the poorest for this area.Had a full set done last year and I had nails break everyday and when I went the next day to get fixed they get angry at you file and redo nails in such a bad mood and still charge you.

Jen Ho Service has gone down. Nails crooked different sizes, uneven, top coat doesnt even ahine. And then when the nail tech grab my Gucci bag and opened it to see if its real, that was it. Husband said Im not paying for that.

Ivana Prochazka My fiance and I got our nails manicured and pedicured here yesterday. I also got dip powder. Three women helped us and they did an excellent job. I chose the hot stone massage with their regular pedicure. Im not sure if it was more expensive than the hot towel honestly but it was nice. We really enjoyed our visit. Sadly, I wore the wrong shoes and ruined my toe polish. They did have foam sandals for me to wear after but I had to stop by a store on the way home and switched shoes. I hadnt realized it wasnt completely dry. This was by fault of my own and I would have tried to come back if I had time before my trip. Natalie did my dip powder and she was very sweet. I was very pleased with my nails. The other two ladies were kind too but I wasnt able to get their names unfortunately.

Sharon Factor I come here when I have the opportunity to take my time and relax. They are usually pretty good about taking you in on time if you scheduled in advance and from my own experience, they don’t rush to get you out. They take the time to do a good job on your hands and feet the massage is pretty good at the end of mani-pedi. Pretty clean and prices are reasonable. Overall, a good place to get yourself pampered.

Brandi Campbell Not as good as they use to be not happy with my nails anymore. Very lumpy and wide have to go home and fix them and the tips break they are so thin. They just don’t look clean anymore

Nadia Alva I’ve been here many times before. I heard owners changed and I have noticed the difference. I came in today and the girl did my nails in a hurry. They are super thick and messy. I did let them know and they kind of fixed them. I asked her for square round and she did squared. I asked her to fix it, she did. But that did make them shorter than I originally wanted because she filed them again because she didn’t listen the first time. Then she did the acrylic super thick, didn’t file it down and didn’t clean the inside underneath of the nail. She was in a rush to go do her coworkers nails. I told Nancy and the guy at the register I wanted it cleaned up cuz it was messy and sloppy, The other lady there came and fixed. Neither him or the girl Nancy seem concerned or say anything to me. She was more concerned about doing the other employees nails. He and the girl Nancy that did my nails and the other staff just congregated at the other station talking and laughing while she worked on the other ladies nails. He didn’t seem at all concerned. Customer service was great when Tracy was here. Now it’s just blah, like any other salon. The pics are after they fixed them up. The bottom had a lot of residue from the acrylic before.

Sandy Vu I love this place, new management, clean and very well maintained. You will feel almost walk into the retreat library if you are ever looking for a perfect place to relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of options for custom designed nails and just simply a good place to sure go for pleasure nail services

Shauna Wienke My second time here and it is just WONDERFUL! Salon is clean,peaceful and quiet, the ladies are very friendly and the services are excellent! Mindy did both manicures; first a dip powder with tips, and the second I opted for shellac with tips. I also decided on a basic pedicure and it was so so heavenly. I’m thrilled to have found this lovely little salon.

louis gonzalez Location under new management (ask for Bruno) with a whole new mindset. The new owners are wonderful hardworking folks who are putting in the work to update the location and put their own touch on it. From the moment you open the front door, you are greeted by everyone who happens to make eye contact. The atmosphere is wonderful and the purple walls in line with the Lavender theme are very easy on the eyes. Every member of the staff are friendly and inviting. The work ethic and attitude of any individual you come across inside the locatio is top notch. Today both my wife and myself had manicure and pedicure treatments done. Every little step of the way, the staff had smiles on their faces and did their best to interract with us. This place js a full step ahead of the competition with their level of customer service. This was my first of many trips to come. Rates are more than fair but with the kind of service they provide is cream of the crop.
