L Xan Wished they carried origins, but otherwise I found what I needed. The cashier was friendly, but the person on the floor acted a bit annoyed. She was in a drawer and I said “excuse me”….paused and then started asking my question. She never turned around the entire time. She answered me with her back to me which was just a bit odd and not personable. I spent a few hundred dollars there today and was t really treated as a valued customer.

Kassandra Moncada I had someone hack into my account and use my points. Once I was able to recover my account, I saw that the purchase was made at this Ulta. The gentleman who went into my account, used curbside pickup but I’m not sure how he was even able to pick it up. Anytime I have done curbside or in store pickup, I have to show my ID. The order was made in my name, so whatever ID that was shown needed to have my name on it. This Ulta dropped the ball and did not follow through with their verification process. Do better.

Alyssa Robinson If I could give 0 stars I would but Google doesn’t allow that. Had the absolute worst experience at Ulta this evening. Was there for a hour and a half and not a single store associate help or wanted to help with a color match unless I was buying an expensive foundation. Meet a very nice lady who was shopping and helped me the entire time and I am so thankful for her help. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything and I will never go back

M I moved here recently and just randomly chose Ulta for my hair and boy am I so happy I did. Marcus was very thorough with my highlights and took the time to make sure he placed them perfectly. It looks great and its the best service Ive had in years. I highly recommend Marcus!

Taylor Blackwell They did such an amazing job! I was so impressed and so happy when I left. They were so nice and courteous too. I will never go anywhere else from now on. I had such a rough day and they were so kind to me. All I did was show them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that! 10/10 recommend!!

Sophie Walters I loved my nails!! It’s definitely a trust the process at first but my final result came out so good!! I will definitely be coming back here again!! They also offer you water which is really nice!! They also give you a free lotion on your birthday, which happens today to be my birthday and it smelt so good! I love this place!!

Lindsey If Im paying $55 for dip, or any service for that matter, I expect my nails to be pretty close to, if not perfect, when theyre done. That wasnt the case on this specific visit, and I ended up refiling all of them myself when I got home. Im not sure which nail tech I had, she took her time and was nice, but her work left me with uneven filed nails, various nail lengths, and uneven smoothing of the dip itself which makes some of them appear swirled with the color. Im not writing this place off, but Ill make sure I wont be going to this tech again. Nothing against her, I just expect more for what Im paying. They are quick to get you in, which I really like.

Brynnalyn Tasker Very disappointed. I came in for a full set and toes painted. I told the tech over and over I wanted to match colors. She said no problem and would match my colors. I ended up with orange toes and pink nails. Then she argued with me and said the match over and over again. My full set isnt even covering my nails on a couple of fingers, and she gouged into my nail beds with the her tools. And she was on her phone more than she spent time on my nails. Didnt enjoy this visit.

Kristen It was my first time here to get my nails done and the guy that did my nails was in SUCH a rush to leave. I totally understand if its the end of the day and you want to get home but just tell me that and have me come another day. My pinky and thumb are crooked and when I pointed it out he said, "nothing I can do--your finger is crooked look at if from the front." The color and shape is great but theres still shavings stuck on all the sides he didnt clean up cause he was in such a rush. The nails or location arent terrible but Id rather go someplace more welcoming. For the money they charge it should have been a better experience, period. Two stars and wont go back.

Brookelynn Richardson I used to really recommend this place but now.. nope, Had came a week ago and spent $145 on nails and toes. After a week of having the nails, 2 came off while getting laundry out the washer, 3 others are already coming up around the bed of the nail.. I called and the front receptionist said “come in and we will fix them for you” I come and now her and one of the men that works up front said “I needed a fill in”.. definitely not needed after ONE WEEK. I’ve had acrylics last 2 months before anyways definitely finding somewhere else to go. Every time I came to this place i’m spending over $100.

Anastasia Haviaras The woman I had seemed to be having a bad day-i was there around 12- not busy at this time today. She didnt really talk to me, only to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my service (which was a basic pedicure). She did not clean under the nail tips or massage my feet- at all. Did not push the cuticles back before trimming them nor did she buff or prep the nail before putting the polish on. Very disappointed

Nakeya Janell Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience here today. Went in to get a nail refill and a pedicure and I ended up paying the same amount as a full set manicure for my nails. I wanted my glitter tip nails refilled and they ended up giving me white French tip nails which I didn’t want but settled for because they didn’t know how do the glitter tip look. I was originally told that a refill was $35 and then once the nail job was finished. I was told $55 because of the tips being painted white. $20 more than what I expected to pay. The manager also argued with me and was very unprofessional when I asked to see a menu of prices for the services. She then proceeded to grab a book with the services and wrote in the prices and then handed me the book. They were different from the online prices that they had and the manager explained to me that that was the old owners prices. They also did my pedicure which was very messy and left paint all over my skin and feet when I asked for it to be cleaned up and wiped off they told me it will just come off with water. I will never ever go back to this terrible establishment and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go and waste their time or money. They treated me like crap. Im a paying customer and deserved to get what I wanted. I left with a bad pedicure and bad manicure. I absolutely hate it.

Nicole Cameron This is my second time coming here and both times have been a great experience! I brought my 2 year old son both times and they were extremely nice and accommodating! They brought him a drink, gave him some snacks, and talked to him. All while doing a great job on my pedicure. This place is definitely my go to now!

Kathy Johnson I have gone here 3 times before, So imagine my surprise when this time I was told we only do short nails.....I have long nails and have never had a problem before...Is it really my long nails or the color of my skin...SO SAD YOU ARE NAIL SALON NOT EVERYONE WANTS SHORT NAILS!!!! Liz Went in today pamper myself a little for my birthday. Got a pedicure and gel manicure. I had gel polish on my toenails. I expressed my concern about how another nail salon hurt my toes when using the little machine to remove the gel. She kindly explained that she would only be taking the shine off and would apply the gel polish remover for the rest. Didnt hurt one bit. Bonus was that I was able to get both Mani and Pedi at the same time. Loved it. Too bad its an hour away.

Aubrey Guzman I always like to wait to give a review on beauty services. I got a full set and a pedicure done here two weeks ago, and the service was immaculate. The shop is beautiful, and Tony is very personable. Some things to note about this shop: They do not offer handpainted designs on acrylic, only acrylic designs. Tony uses his own brand of acrylic, too, and while it is beautiful, it is less durable than other acrylics. I am kind of rough on my hands, but nothing that a full set shouldnt be able to handle for 3ish weeks. In the 2 weeks I have had this set one nail has lifted at the back and two encapsulations have chipped at the end. All of these things are things I feel should be taken into account if you are looking for handpainted acrylic designs like I was! The pedicure was amazing all around though.

Susan Kimes Tonys work is absolutely amazing! He is such a creative artist, I love that the designs are done with solar powder and not painted on so they last for a long time!! His salon is comfortable and relaxing ... I really enjoy my visits :) The online scheduling makes it so convenient to schedule my appts 24/7 and reschedule if needed. Thanks Tony!!!!

KK Sivels I am from out of town and went here because of the reviews. I had the best experience here! Called and got a same day appointment for two people! Tony was fast but pays such attention to detail. He is hilarious and does great work. Go see tony! He is fantastic.

Deborah Ballard Well I certainly expected more from the salon. I went in last week. Wasn’t what the website shows. I had my nails done new set. They were pretty but not what I expected for the charge. I am getting married so I wanted to spare no cost. I understand the 50.00 deposit. However I was charged 60.00. I chose to say nothing. I made another appointment but was once again charges 60.00 not 50.00. I called to question this and was treated very rude. I told the person on the phone I’d discuss this with Tony on my appointment. Well well... not even 3 mins later I was refunded my 60.00 and my appointment cancel. WOW JUST WOW! very unprofessional and extremely rude! Not sure who they think they are but his media rising will be his downfall. Stay away unless you intend on being disappointed. Not worth the money. And the staff is horribly rude.” We’re busy with orders I will call you back”, but it never happened.

A S If I could give Kims nail salon zero stars, I would. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite specifically requesting not to have a Russian manicure, I was given one anyways. Not only did it leave my nail bed inflamed and damaged, but the shape of my nails was absolutely atrocious. They were rough and badly shaped, with filed nails so thin that they were weakening my nail bed. To top it all off, the acrylic ratio was completely off, resulting in a sloppy and uneven application. And as if all of that wasnt bad enough, the final insult came when they charged me $75 for a service that should have cost $55. After enduring three days of agony with my nails, I finally sought out a proper nail technician to help fix the mess that Kims had created. Its going to be an ongoing process to undo the damage they inflicted on my nails, but at least I found someone who is willing to help. If you value the health and appearance of your nails, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Kims nail salon. Trust me, the extra money and effort to find a reliable technician is well worth it in the long

Kelley Hotz This was the first time I’ve been to this salon… I brought my niece to get our nails done for a girls day since she isn’t able to get her nails done often. The technician that did my nails was very good and I am very happy with the set I got. However, the technician that did my niece’s nails did not pay attention to what she wanted at all. She had shown him a photo of the design she wanted and ended up with just black nails, no designs. She had to be passed to a different tech to have the top coat removed and design put on…

Aysha Johnson First issue, the $100 charge for a fill and regular pedicure was mind blowing.They took over 2 hrs to do this, btw. The nails were thick and oddly shaped and both index finger nails broke a week after getting them done. I have never paid so much for a fill and such poor quality in my life. Never again. Sidebar: they were very nice up until the point of charging me.

Amy Ray The ladies were very kind and attentive however the one who did my nails took an extremely long time. I am not sure if they are used to doing nail dip but it took almost 2 hours. I was told at first $35, then got a bill for $60. The nails were hanging over my nail bed and I had to file them when I got home. She had filed so much already that she cut me 2 times so I wasnt going to ask for more from her. I ended up buying paint at CVS and just filing most of the build up down and painting it myself. I would never go back here again.

Annelisa Kately Update : I was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. I really hate to make this review because the women there are absolutely wonderful, but I have no choice. September 19th I went in to have a “spa” day with my fiancé. I received a hot stone pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I’m not sure if it was just me personally, the products used, or something not cleaned properly but I ended up having a reaction to my nails. (Mind you, I have gotten my nails done several times before and had no problem until coming here.) An hour after I left my fingers started breaking out in small red bumps. The next day my cuticles were inflamed, red, and itchy. I ended up having to soak the nails off which helped the problem only slightly. It is now October 11th and the skin on my finger tips/around my nail bed is peeling very badly and I have no idea what to do now.

Sanya Mitrovic Horrible service! I came in and asked just for a fill. She filed my nails and did a take off for 40 min (!) and then when I picked the color, she brought completely different one! I Told her it’s not the same, she just pointed to the number. I said “Okay, but it’s not the same!”, to which she replied: “Well, I don’t know about that color then” OMG, not even trying to please me, no customer service, no politeness, no business here!! She let me go with these nails, without even trying to do her job! She charged me $20 for this! I mean, just a horrible, unpleasant, unnecessary experience!!

Erica Pomykal I’m a regular customer here and they never offer less than exceptional services. I always get a great pedicure in a very relaxing environment. The salon is clean and I love the music they play. I usually don’t have to wait, but when I do, it’s usually not long. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

ShaKira Smith Did a horrible job on my fill, she actually put the acrylic over my cuticles and I even gave a 2nd chance and went back the next day so they could fix it. I even got a pedicure...they tried to upsell me on a pedi package I politely declined so the supposed $35 pedi I chose magically ended up $50 the same price as the one she was trying to pressure me Into getting. SMH not ethical in business.

Mikayla Taptto I’ve always gotten my nails done here and the price is decent and they usually do a pretty good job. Yesterday I got dip powder and the lady made 8/10 of my nails bleed because she took skin off of my cuticles. This picture was taken the day after I got them done. My other hand isn’t as bad as this one but you can still see where she took some of the skin off.

Lolly M Awesome pedicure included a great foot and calf massage! Massage chairs work really well, clean shop, used tub liners, gloves, and packages of sterilized tools. 10% Military discount makes it a bargain! I will be a returning customer.

elizabeth cruz I love coming here! They are so nice and always take the time to do my nails right! Also, I have been to every nail salon in town and TD nails is the only one where I think its reasonably price and also does a great work.

Tracie Gunter I had a terrible ingrown toenail. So I went to TD Nails inside Sikes Senter Mall and a lady named Thu took fabulous care of me. She was extremely gentle and very thorough. My feet look great and she got the ingrown toenail out without hurting me, which is really wonderful as I’ve been thru some very painful pedicures in the past. She also gave me a very nice manicure and waxed my eyebrows very well, all in a timely manner. I am a happy customer and will definitely be returning to see Thu in 4-6 weeks. Thank you.

Susan Weaver bad service. came away very unhappy manager did nothing to help the paying customers just took her money she left with very dry crack heals. Customer now has to go somewhere else pay for a decent pedicure. Save your money dont go to TD nails in the mall in Wichita falls Texas.

Erika Lujan I will give them 1 star because they took us as a walk in when they didn’t have to. My regular salon was too busy to take my 2 daughters and myself. I had called this salon to make sure that they could take us. The experience started off fine and then almost an hour and a half of waiting (which is fine because we were walk ins) it quickly took a turn. My 5 yr old and me were going to get matching mani pedis but, the nail tech that was doing my daughters nails wouldn’t let us because, “she couldn’t finish” while my nail tech did my toes. Mind you they hadn’t even started my daughter yet and I was finished and getting my nails done when they finally started her pedicure. They made her pick another color and attempted to make her feel bad for choosing the color she wanted. At the end of everything during check out that same nail tech almost wouldn’t let me pay for all of us together. She wanted me to pay for my 5 yr old separately. When I started questioning why I couldn’t pay for her together she got mad slammed the ticket down and walked off. I paid $301.00 for 3 pedicures 2 manicures and a full set. I feel like I was EXTREMELY over charged for that.

Betty Grey Donna will mess you up! PLEASE dont let her touch your eyebrows. She will take them off and swear she didnt do it. She needs to take her time and if she is busy just say that instead of doing a rush job! NEVER again.

Samantha Lippard Went to have a pedicure done today and did not have the best experience. First I was seated in a chair that rocked and the foot tub didn’t work till mid way through the pedicure. I got the organic pedi for $55. No biggie it’s what I wanted, I choose the lavender and mint scent. Throughout the pedi I had flakes of mint leaves stuck to my leg and even some after I left. I asked to have my nails trimmed back and they are not even the same shape one is rounded and the other is square. My big toe is cut from the trimming around my toe. I did have gel polish on before but was not told it would cost extra to remove. Also several people who entered after me had been offered gel polish for the pedi but I was not. Onto my polish, I have spots where the nail is showing through and one of my toes looks like the whole nail is crooked.

Tara Newsom I spent $160 for a mani/pedi. People were nice but my nails looked horrible later in the night. I guess the gel was old. I went back the next day and they offered to fix. I went with totally different color and it started changing colors too. I didn’t have time to get toes redone but after 2 screwups I won’t be going back.

Alice I’ve been coming here 3 years. I tip 10,15, and $20 most days. Today was not busy. I asked for the classic pedicure because I only had an hour. My service began at 4:55 and ended 13 minutes later; this service was $35/30 min. The technician neither massaged my left foot nor did she clean under my nails. The technician asserted that she did not perform services which she deemed “unnecessary.” This was the worst nail service I’ve experienced in decades. I typically will not complain, but I felt compelled after my left foot was completely ignored. I know that sounds petty, but who does that? When I spoke with the owner, she minimized my frustration. This place has gone downhill.

Not only was I descriptive in what I asked for but I told the tech SPECIFICALLY what I wanted and showed her several photos of how I wanted my toes….she seemed in a rush the entire time and cut my nails down WAY too short, my toes look horrible! I left the salon not only in pain because she cut my skin and I may have an infection now but also so upset because she still charged me full price! I want to mention I waited an hour!!! With out even being asked if I wanted anything to drink…

Tyler Webb I had a highly unsatisfactory visit to Posh Nail Bar,and I feel compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments and frustrations. Firstly, the nail technicians who attended to me was extremely careless and caused unnecessary pain. While trimming my cuticles, they cut too deeply, causing bleeding on my manicure and pedicure. Despite my clear discomfort and requests to stop, they continued without showing any concern for my wellbeing. It was an uncomfortable and distressing experience that left me questioning their professionalism and skill. Additionally, the nail design I requested for my manicure was not like the picture I provided, the color on my pedicure did not match my manicure and looked as if my 5 year old painted my nails. To make matters worse, after the first attempt failed, the salon provided me with a second technician who also struggled to achieve the desired results. It was frustrating to have paid for a service that required multiple attempts but still fell short of expectations. After speaking with the “manager” who’s reading was that the technician did not speak good English, instead of rectifying the situation, the salon offered a mere $5 discount on the $15 they charged for the nail designs. This gesture felt insincere and did not adequately compensate for the subpar service I received. Overall, my visit to Posh Nail Bar was an incredibly disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism, the disregard for my comfort and safety, and the failure to deliver the requested nail design have left me with no desire to return to this establishment. I strongly advise others to seek alternative nail salons that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold higher standards of service.

My nails were so thin near the cuticles you cannot tell my nails are fake, I even opted for French manicure because I didnt want to cover them up the first time I went. You may have to wait a bit and it may not be the prettiest place but they are nice and take pride in their work

Madelyn Prouty I went in and asked for a basic full set, their sign said $40… the guy who did was nails used the cuticle clippers (that were used to clip my finger nails) on me that he used on himself, (he kept stopping to clip his own finger nails with the same pair of cuticle clippers) Pretty sure he gave me dip nails as that’s what the powder jar said, the salon had drawings from kids all over the wall and chairs, there was no ventilation from fumes of the acrylic powder. Then there was a $4ish fee for using my card which wasn’t told to me until after I paid. I was charged $70 for a solid color set that is worth $35 at most. There was a little girl running around the salon. Not to mention they have pictures of customers who “failed” to tip/ pay posted at the front of the shop. Very unprofessional. This isn’t to bash the gentleman who did my nails but rather questioning the health practices of the salon.

Hailey Painter I love how my nails turned out! All I got was a fill and the lady who did them was very nice and did them very well! Also I might add, I looked at plenty of reviews and people complain about a credit card fee and little kids running around. 1. I think a credit card fee is totally normal and you should always expect one. 2. I found the little kids running around relaxing. The atmosphere is more fun with all the laughs!

Tonee Burdick I won’t be back here anymore. The guy the sits at the front is SO argumentative with customers and with his family members that work there. They charge a $3 fee to use your debit card but don’t have it posted anywhere (as you can see in the photos that were taken today, 6/3)!!! I will be contacting the board to make an official complaint about this place because I’m sick of their unethical practices. For a while they were ONLY accepting cash, stating that their “machine is broken”.

Tash Claus While I loved the nails, the lady drilled off my cuticles and left 5 open wounds on my fingers! So painful to do anything with my hands now and this was my first acrylic set so I thought the pain was normal. Won’t be returning, this feels very unprofessional (And yes I expressed I was in pain and was practically ignored!)
