After steep price increases in both policies with our current insurer, we decided to look around to see if anything better was available. Daniel was quick to find much more reasonably priced home and auto insurance while maintaining the same level of coverage. Nothing but good things to say about working with Daniel and he will definitely be our go-to for insurance needs in the future!

The broker didnt list my employer right, leading to my insurance being canceled without me knowing - a day before a huge hail storm that devalued my car thousands of dollars which I didnt technically have active insurance for. Wouldnt respond to requests about errors and omissions insurance to cover the brokers mistake. Didnt have money to get a lawyer, unfortunately. They took no responsibility - I had to maintain the insurance since I had an insane amount of damage to my brand new car. I never got it covered - just had to sell the car and take a huge loss to get out from under it. Not worth the risk.

Beverly Dorsett It shouldnt even be a 1. I was in a hurry to get insurance and was told my next payment wouldnt be due till the 9th of each month. First of all it was actually MORE expensive than my last insurance company and then today August 23rd. I get a bill saying its due on September 1st. My check doesnt come till the 2nd and they told me Ill get a LATE CHARGE of like $13 or more. Dont be in a hurry. Their advertisements are lies. $32 naw.. Im paying $100 a month and was paying $88 somewhere else which is ridiculous too. FOR MINIMAL LIABILITY

Sarah Padilla I am NOT a customer of Nationwide nor will I ever be after the experience I am having with them. I was hit from behind by one of their commercial customers. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are rude! I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a rental care to get to work. I thought that was the hard part.... nope, now they want me to got down to the wrecker and pay up front the $437 to get my car to the repair shop and they say they will reimburse me the fee ( I do not have faith at this point that that will happen!) This is absolutely the worst insurance experience ever! If I could give no stars I would!!

Ricky Lopez I had a bad experience with this company my car was involved in an accident which wasnt my fault so they were charging me the whole time I didnt even have my car and when I told them my car had been totaled they sent me an email a couple days later stating they would be raising my policy by 20 dollars then when I cancelled my policy because I couldnt afford to be paying insurance on a car I didnt have they sent me another email saying I owed them more money I wouldnt recommend ever using this company they are just worried about how much money they can get off of their customers and not actually being understanding or trying to help their customers out

Levi Taylor Lost my business. Tammy refused to remove my payment method from a policy in someone elses name. Said they needed their signature. Why? Its my card. Had to go and stop payment at the bank to cancel a policy. Thats ridiculous.

Alicia Hanes Terrible company!!! After filling my claim for weather damage, Progressive wanted pictures. We took picture and sent them over via their app. After looking at the photos, Progressive states they cant see what they need to in the pictures so our adjuster, Amanda W, instructs us to drop off my vehicle at a body shop of my choice. After 3 weeks of waiting for the insurance company to estimate and make a decision on my vehicle, they denied my claim altogether and now are refusing to pay the storage fees to the body shop that has my vehicle. We have tried reaching out to the adjuster, her supervisor, the inspector, his supervisor and all others related to this claim and not one person will answer the phone, return a call or return an email. This is appalling and illegal!!! We are filling complaints with TDI and reaching out to an attorney for assistance. Stay away from Progressive!!!!

Danne Garner I can’t give less than one star or I would. BEWARE, they will not pay for all damages and there are no options to obtain an in-person estimate on your car after sending in photos for an online claim unless you agree to start the repairs in their shop and have them start a tear down on the car to start repairs. My complaint involves them not covering all damage to my car from a deer, a shattered headlight/dented bumper. They are denying fixing that part and won’t even give me the option to bring in my car for updated estimate before agreeing to fix it. This is the only car insurance who does this -this is a direct quote from the body shop. Worst company and adjusters ever. Tatiana B is the worst, rudest, and yells on the phone and talks over you.
