Abayomi I’ve used this insurance policy for almost 2yrs now and they do well to earn their money but not good customer service. Lately, I’ve asked them to cancel my insurance considering my phone number doesn’t work since I’m in Nigeria and they’ve not responded to one email. It seems like they’ve been intentionally silent. Additionally, about 6-7 times while I used them, they sent me a receipt of their charge but never sent my policy card. I’d have to email and call before they send it. If I pay for something, with a price set by you; IDrive, I ought to get what I paid for. Do better IDRIVE ARLINGTON, CARROLTON ETC.

I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.

Frank Garcia The worst experience NEVER,NEVER,NEVER buy from here i was charged $463.50 for insurance only $315.00 was shown in the recipt I called to put insurance in my other vehicle and he refused to help me and was rude so I tried canceling and he would NOT answer my calls and my text message.i sent him a message telling him specifically NOT to charge my credit card and he ignored me several times has he tried to charge my card but has not succeeded I blocked it knowing he would do something shaddy

Kenneth Turner Do not use them. They were good 20 years ago when I first got with them. Yes been a client that long. Now, horrible. I called several times since March 2023 to find new rates and was told they would call me back. Have NEVER received a call back. Even as of TODAY, August 31st, 2023, was told by manager she wasnt sure who I spoke with but she just started and she deal with commercial insurance and she is the manager but once the woman that deals with regular insurance comes from break, she will have them call me back. Still, NO RETURN CALL. They are ALL LIARS. Stay away and find a new agent. Mind you I read all the days I had called and she made it seem like I didnt call and all of a sudden, noone knows who I spoke with. Yea, I bet they will forget again even though I JUST CALLED AGAIN TODAY AUGUST 31ST 2023. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!!! FULL WARNING!!!!!
