    Maria De La Garza: Horribly disappointed. The customer service was incredibly rude, with one of the employees stating "Im incapable of making a mistake." Their policy is we are right and you are wrong. Their billing dates are also very suspicious and conversations are not kept on record, so there is no way that there would be any evidence of any wrong doing on their part. They are all about protecting themselves from any possibility of being at fault and not so much in helping the customer. After recently reading the increasingly numerous reviews from message boards, looking back I wish I had read them sooner so that I would have made a better and more informed decision in choosing auto insurance. For the potential Fred Loya customer, save yourself the hassle and disrespect from this insurance company.

B.J. will not give me a customer service phone number to call an insurance company on one of their customers policy. Let the company decide to accept the claim or not. B.J. keeps telling me the owners son Ryan will return my call. Ryan, I am still waiting on your call! I will file a complaint with Texas Department of Insurance. Stay away from this agency.

    Jenzad Jenzad: Geramy was great, he got me a quote in relatively quick manner. He was able to quickly make adjustments I wanted while giving me feedback on the things being changed. Also I appreciated that he gave me quote even though I didn’t directly request from them as I was looking at other carriers. So it was a welcomed surprise given I didn’t have to jump through calling someone or all that, using info available publicly they were able to generate a competitive rate.

The broker didnt list my employer right, leading to my insurance being canceled without me knowing - a day before a huge hail storm that devalued my car thousands of dollars which I didnt technically have active insurance for. Wouldnt respond to requests about errors and omissions insurance to cover the brokers mistake. Didnt have money to get a lawyer, unfortunately. They took no responsibility - I had to maintain the insurance since I had an insane amount of damage to my brand new car. I never got it covered - just had to sell the car and take a huge loss to get out from under it. Not worth the risk.
