She takes time to listen, understand, exercise patience, respond knowledgeably, devotes her work to the customer before her with care and diligence. She actually CARES. Not only does this office have the bright and professional agent; Dora, Jeremy is quite sincere and ensures each call is taken and need met. They transfer and correspond with each other, including communicating with the client, the appropriate details with accuracy and will even continue research for the customer that may have reservations or concerns. Dora and I spoke on more than one occasion before I became a member of State Farm and each conversation was a professional, thorough and enjoyable experience. Let’s be honest, insurance companies and sometimes their agents(the forefront and face of the business) is not always an easy or enjoyable “adult-ing” responsibility many desire to do. However, in all my years of being an auto insurance carrier, Dora, Jeremy, State Farm’s policies and transparency truly have given a better understanding of coverage, ease and peace of mind. I am actually happy to be a State Farm customer. There’s no extra this, hidden that…this office has a stellar team!! Thank you for what you do.
