Ive used the towing once and today the Roadside Asst said, No, I couldnt be helped... Erica called for me and explained the prior situation and Im currently waiting! Having trouble with your car is no fun! Its been A YEAR THIS YEAR! Thank you so much Erica! You were so kind over the phone! Made my day a little easier and put my worries to the side!

Michelle Buford Our Realtor highly recommended Stephanie Waterman. I am not happy with our experience at all. Weve had our house and insurance with Stephanie Watermans Farmers Insurance for a little over a year now. I should have known better when we were trying to get it all setup a year ago with the lack of return phone calls and emails from Linda. She never would call me back or return my email without me following up multiple times. Our flood insurance had to be transferred from the previous owners name into our name due to lack of elevation certificate on the property and that way we also wouldnt have a 30 day wait period, especially during hurricane season. Fast forward to this year, I emailed Linda a few months ago asking her if an elevation certificate would help reduce our flood premium. No response. After reading further, I decided to have one done on our property. Our insurance policies were renewing in 5 days so I called to let them know about the elevation certificate I had just received. Kristy gave me her email address and I sent it over immediately. I followed up the next day to make sure she received it and she responded she had. Then I followed up the next day to ask if I needed to go on ahead and pay or if they could have the adjustment made in time, and she told me she had just looked up our flood policy and it had been CANCELLED in JULY! WHAT!! DURING HURRICANE SEASON!! I received NO notifications whatsoever. They obviously did not update the mailing address and contact info on the flood policy. I was LIVID! They dropped the ball big time. I do not recommend Stephanie Waterman.

It was so easy to make a claim . Special thanks to Philip Byars our claims adjuster . He not only responded quickly, he made us feel very comfortable and took the time to talk with us to assess our needs. I can’t tell you how thankful me and my husband are for Farmers!!!

I felt very comfortable when I went in for a free quote. I didnt feel obligated or pressured into anything. Once she provided the quote, she informed us that we could save about $400 on our home insurance. We got a great rate and went with Farmers and left Geico. We bundled home and auto and I even got life insurance policies for my daughter and I. I will always recommend and refer anyone to Farmers Insurance Adriana Vasquez Agency. I suggest anyone to get their free quote. It doesnt hurt to see if you can get a better rate than what you already pay.

Clay Riner Ive been with Allstate for many years and am now officially done with this branch a least. Ive never heard one word from anyone who works there. I pay my flood policy annually and has expired twice now in the last 2 years. I would think a courtesy call from someone at the office may have been nice but has never happened. Well, Im done with this place because Im not even sure humans work at the office. Never received any calls. Yall have a great day and good luck with your insurance needs through this place. Deanna Hinojosa The level of unprofessionalism was a shocker for me. Called Over 5 times to purchase a policy and kept getting the run around. When I was finally able to speak to someone they raised the down payment on me 80 dollars. Which I know is just a fee for commission. Then when I said no they said they were going to call me back because they had already signed the policy for me and I just had to pay it. They never called me. I needed the insurance today. And I had been calling for hours before closing. Horrible customer service.
