Hannah Boggio I got a quote on the phone last week and have been spammed with calls ever since. I’ve had to block these people from calling and report the text messages as junk. But still new numbers call and text, even leave voicemails. Not sure what is going on but I assure you I do not want insurance from here. The quote was outrageous anyways..

Jess Moniz We have had insurance with this company for years. The price is great, but over the years the office staff... has declined in value. We have had regular issues with coming in and the staff not being knowledgable of the services they offer and messing up on charges.

Dana Williams I was a previous client when he was on Judson, the service was great, at that time. When he opened the office on McCann the quality of customer service declined. I insured my home and two cars with him. I would pay in person was friendly with the office staff. One day on a phone call I felt disrespected and cancelled. I will give them a shot again on 1 car to see if the service has inproved.

Hannah Smith Do NOT let Marisol consult you (she was the rudest of them all)!! I’ve been with Allstate for 7 years and never had a problem until now. Every time I call, the agents are really rude and short with me. They tried adding my cousin on my policy and after disputing it, they still added him anyway. It has been a two month process trying to get this handled, but no agent has been any help so far.. My family and I are switching to USAA as soon as possible and I recommend it for you, too!! Save your time and money.
