Shamara Bluitt The office lady had me confused with someone else and blatantly lied and said I told her my name when I didn’t get an opportunity to. When I first walked in, she told me she would get me checked in and told me to have a seat. So I was sitting there a little longer than I should’ve been unaddressed and she instantly grew an attitude when I corrected her. My iv was put in without gloves. My procedure….so far so good. My primary doctor will be the judge of that.

Sheppard Jackson Dr. Hicks is so exceptional that I scheduled regular trips back from Memphis just to continue care! Thankfully, we are back in Houston. He isn’t the closest ortho to us, but he’s the only one I trust. Highly recommend!

The doctor was exceptional—skilled and attentive—and every staff member was kind, patient, and warm. Mikela Dion Our experience here with Dr. Hicks has been great. The staff is friendly and listens to our concerns. My daughter is in phase 1 of braces and soon to be going into phase 2 once all her baby teeth grow in. If you are considering any orthodontic work, I highly encourage you to see Dr. Hicks for your consultation ASAP. The attached pictures show a 10 months difference! Phenomenal work.

Guadalupe Contreras Today was my sons first appointment here. Long story short we had to move dentist because where we use to go kept canceling his appointment. We spoke with them on Thursday and they were able to get in the next day which is today Friday. From the beginning they were nothing more then professional and wanted nothing but the best for my son. Helped us with the paperwork and any questions we had. During his appointment everything was so smooth they showed him the office and made him super comfortable. They gave him some coloring paper and markers played with him. Once Dr.Radford came in did his cleaning and he answered every question I had. It’s such a relive that we were able to find a new dentist in short amount of time but also how caring, friendly they were. I would recommend this office 100% you feel a peace of mind. If your looking for a new dentist let this place be your new home.

Adrianna Simms Was told 7/20/2024 after my son’s cleaning that he needed more work and to come back on 7/27/2024 at 9am. I called twice, left a message and sent messages on their app to confirm as I never got a confirmation text or a phone call. No one ever got back to me. So we show up because I didn’t want to be charged a “no show” fee if we actually did have an appointment and no one is here. The quality and professionalism of this business has gone way down. I won’t be bringing my children back here. It’s a different dentist every time we come. We’ve had to wait way too long for my son’s appliances and have had to come back for more impressions because they’ve lost his appliances after they called me to tell me it’s ready to be picked up. Luckily I kept the voicemail as proof after they told me I was never called. My younger boys are afraid of the dentist now because instead of explaining what they are going to do to their teeth to ease their anxiety, they just go in and get to work. They are definitely not kid friendly.

Dali Li I regret ever visiting their office. It was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had. Prior to my visit, I called them to clarify that I was only there for a checkup and regular cleaning, and inquired if all costs would be covered by my insurance. They assured me it would be. However, during my visit, they added a PPE fee (as indicated on the billing details I received, though they referred to it as a co-pay, which Ive never encountered in previous dental checkups), and an unexpected fluoride fee (which Ive never been charged for in past dental visits). When I questioned the fluoride charge, they responded that I could avoid it if I didnt want the treatment (which raises the question of why it was included in the first place). Furthermore, they conducted an X-ray on me. Despite a quarter of my teeths X-ray not showing a complete image, the dentist seemed unconcerned. I then myself requested a retake of that specific quarters X-ray. Their dentist lacked empathy and disregarded my concerns, which is not the kind of response one would expect from a medical professional. Moreover, they declined to provide a regular cleaning, insisting that I needed a deep clean instead. Despite my explanation that a deep clean wouldnt address my tooth condition, they persisted. All I wanted was the regular cleaning covered by my dental insurance, as twice a year. I fail to understand why a straightforward request like this seemed so challenging for them to accommodate.

An Dang I recently found this dental office while driving through the area, and Im glad I did! They offer a transparent Meta Care plan for self-funded patients, which caught my attention. Scheduling my routine teeth cleaning was straightforward. New patients can complete all the necessary paperwork in advance, which makes the process seamless. What impressed me most was that I was called in right at my appointment time—a refreshing change from my previous dental experiences. The office was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The cleaning itself was quick and painless, and I had no issues throughout the visit. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this dental office to other folks.

sindy foteh Meta Dental is the best! Dr Ibrahim Zanayed is the best dentist I have ever been to. He was patient, explained everything, took his time and shows he really cares about his patients. The staff is top notch, so nice and the office is extremely clean and organized. I will definitely be getting dental care here and will not go to another dentist again. Thanks Metal dental!

Dave Stewart Short wait time. Very personable. New facility-nice, clean and convenient parking. They have the latest updated Xray and dental equipment- very impressive. Dalia Muayad, my dentist, is very professional and did a good job on my crown. Got to watch a movie of my choice while having my crown done. Daniella, her assistant, was learning but very knowledgeable and competent. Received a post card of prices and locations; however, the actual cost I had to pay with insurance was much higher.

Steve Nguyen Can’t believe how this dental clinic handles its business. Totally disappointed and unprofessional. My 10-month-old daughter had an appointment at 1:00 PM. We arrived at the parking lot at 12:57, but the clinic door was locked. The sign said “Open,” and a temporary note said “Will be back at 1:00 PM.” We ended up waiting hopelessly outside for 23 minutes with no idea when the clinic would reopen. I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. (I took half a day off to bring my child to this appointment and almost left after 20 minutes of waiting!) Finally, a staff member reopened the door. When I entered, no one apologized until I asked what was going on. Then they said “sorry” and explained there was a car accident that caused the delay. That explanation didn’t make sense to me, especially since I saw 3–4 people inside the clinic at the time, including the doctor, assistants, and front desk staff. If all of them went out for lunch together, the clinic should have a system in place to notify patients in case of emergencies or delays like this. Dr. Tran, if you’re reading this, please work on improving your staff’s attitude and how your business is managed. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I already had an issue with the front desk during my first visit, but I decided to give your clinic a second chance because you were kind to my kids. Unfortunately, today’s experience was even worse. I’m done. I won’t be returning to your clinic. Good luck.

Chelsea Anderson Dr Tran and his staff are amazing! My son had his first visit ever and fixed him up that day and made sure that he was in no pain and was very comfortable. I love the atmosphere! He also makes sure all of his work is correct and comfortable for you!

Desiree Benson My husband and I have been coming to Arrow Dental for many years and we love them! The staff is always super friendly and willing to work with you regarding procedures and cost so you feel comfortable. We will continue to see them twice a year forever!

vu vo Dentist is RUDE!! She told us that we havent been there in awhile and need to make it a priority to go. She even went to say that our children need to miss school to come see her. A few years ago, we went to another dentist because she insisted us to use a credit card instead of our debit card so we can earn points LOL. We thought that was a little strange and personal but we gave her another chance and this time broke the straw on the camels back. I would rather drive an hour to go see a friendly dentist than to give her our money again.

Pedrisimo Kids have been treated by Dr. Do for 4-5 years now. My son (8 yrs) had his first filling last week with local anesthesia. He had no complaints except that he had to miss a soccer game that evening. Saturday hours are very convenient!

Jimmy Chaves Dr. Dos people skills are terrible. I took in my 5 year old child for dental work and from the start the atmosphere from her staff was unwelcoming. Not kid friendly whatsoever. During the procedure my child did GREAT but there was a point where it seemed to me that he felt discomfort because of too much liquid down his throat. I know how that feels and as an adult I can communicate to my dentist to quickly stop to provide me more suction. This was my childs first mayor dental procedure, so I felt the need to tell Dr. Do to quickly stop to provide him more suction. It took her less than 15 seconds to do this. After the Dr. was done she followed me to the front and very rudely told me that she will no longer treat my child and I should take him to a pediatric dentist where my child would be put under and not feel any discomfort at all. I do not want my child to be put under. She advertises she works with kids so I thought she would be a good option but based on my experience shes really not kid friendly or friendly at all for that matter. Dr. Do, you did not do me a favor for treating my child. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a dentist that will not be easily bothered for asking for a bit more suction for my child.
