1 /5 Steve Nguyen: Can’t believe how this dental clinic handles its business. Totally disappointed and unprofessional.
My 10-month-old daughter had an appointment at 1:00 PM. We arrived at the parking lot at 12:57, but the clinic door was locked. The sign said “Open,” and a temporary note said “Will be back at 1:00 PM.” We ended up waiting hopelessly outside for 23 minutes with no idea when the clinic would reopen.
I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. (I took half a day off to bring my child to this appointment and almost left after 20 minutes of waiting!) Finally, a staff member reopened the door.
When I entered, no one apologized until I asked what was going on. Then they said “sorry” and explained there was a car accident that caused the delay. That explanation didn’t make sense to me, especially since I saw 3–4 people inside the clinic at the time, including the doctor, assistants, and front desk staff.
If all of them went out for lunch together, the clinic should have a system in place to notify patients in case of emergencies or delays like this.
Dr. Tran, if you’re reading this, please work on improving your staff’s attitude and how your business is managed. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I already had an issue with the front desk during my first visit, but I decided to give your clinic a second chance because you were kind to my kids. Unfortunately, today’s experience was even worse.
I’m done. I won’t be returning to your clinic. Good luck.
