The doctor was exceptional—skilled and attentive—and every staff member was kind, patient, and warm. My daughter is in phase 1 of braces and soon to be going into phase 2 once all her baby teeth grow in. My daughter who was nervous was met with patience, respect, and reassurance. We truly appreciate Dr. Hicks for taking his time to go beyond the surface of our treatment to inform and give us a visual understanding of what was occurring and how this treatment would correct the issue. He even answered questions before I could ask in detail.
