Elisabeth Boarman First time patient. Called to book an appointment and they took me same day. Giovanni greeted me at the front desk with a very upbeat attitude. Paperwork and X-rays went very smooth. I had to get a deep cleaning which requires two visits. First visit was a little rough with many numbing shots and had to hold the suction through my whole cleaning. Second visit was 5 stars. Greeted again by Giovanni, shared my experience with the tech who set me up in the room. Another dentist came in and was much gentler with the shots. Ashley did my cleaning and made sure I sat back and relaxed. Ashley also provided recommendations to help with my sensitive gums. Second visit 5 stars and thank you for listening to my concerns as I was super nervous to return. Greatly appreciated!

They have indoors basketball ball which my son loved and video arcade games. Very attentive with their dental care!

Ruler Ju I came in to get my braces taken off & Initially everything was going smoothly until I was called to the back. The first person with whom I was paired made me feel as if I inconvenienced her. She then told me that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get them taken off and she was only taking pictures for my retainer. This news was frustrating seeing that I had already waited 2 weeks prior. She then began the debonding process which confused me then, basically gave up & went to lunch I suppose. Anna in the process stepped up quickly and efficiently & did a stellar job at communicating & finishing in a timely manner. She exhibited exceptional professionalism & customer service which I feel she should be acknowledged for. Thanks again Anna for your time and patience.

Seetha Really scummy practice being run here. Listen to the bad reviews. I only went here because it was the first place I could find that took my insurance and I was tired of looking. I filled out all the prior paperwork online and then when I showed up for my appointment, the lady at the front desk asked me to sign off on a few more things without even showing me what I was signing. Luckily, I had seen some of the bad reviews and asked what she was asking me to sign and she said some sort of “financial agreement”. I made it clear I was only there for the basic cleaning covered by my insurance and she told me I might not qualify for a basic cleaning and the dentist may determine I needed a “deep cleaning” instead. I pushed further and she said it could cost me $700-$1000 after insurance and I wouldn’t know until I went into the appointment. I refused to sign and left. Please don’t waste your time and money by coming here. These are not good or trustworthy people and, despite what they say in their replies, they definitely do NOT prioritize patient care. If you do decide to go here, please make sure to ask for a clear explanation of what they are asking you to sign before you let them touch your teeth. My search for a dental practice with integrity continues…

arline romo Ida she is the lovely lady from the Haven that helped us she was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and were determined to get us the best care possible and also helped us with all our questions. As well as trying to be reasonable with the pricing. Dr. King was very thorough during the consultation process even though there was a tooth that needed to go he also gave us options to try and save the others.

Tien Nguyen Made an appointment with them for a general cleaning at 2pm. I came from all the away across town in Katy (1 hour drive including traffic) just to see them only to be told that they didn’t have availability for the cleaning. I should have listened to all the 1 star reviews. Instead of having call centers answer your phones, why not have the actual receptionist do it? Wasted my time and gas. Also, they have you sign forms without showing you what you’re signing. You’re supposed to just believe what they tell you. How sketchy is that?

Branden Gomez I frequently visit this area for shopping as its close to my work and have often noticed Village Dentistry, intending to visit someday. I finally did, and they were very professional, kind, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable, which is important as Im a nervous person. Scheduling an appointment online was easy, and upon arrival, they advised me on the necessary dental work, inquired about my goals, and I can say this is the best place for dental work or cleanings!

I went in for a root canal, which as scary as it seems, went by so fast and didn’t feel a thing. Dr.Iftikhar is amazing at what he does and takes the fear out dentist appointments.

Tawfeq Syr I got billed 13 months after my clinic visit, although I paid my copay at the time of my visit, to come after 13 months asking me to pay something even if it is small amount is very unprofessional. I talked to the billing department and showed them thats illegal to bill someone after one year in Texas, they were like send me the link for this kind of regulation, I did send them that link (although it is ridiculous that their billing department are not aware of how billing works). Anyway another year passed and they bill me again, you know what I dont care I paid it, but that make your billing department deserve one star. Also when I was there I asked to do regular cleaning but they refused to do so they wanted me to do deep cleaning, I was like I just want regular cleaning, and they refused, it is very funny how basically you are forced to do certain procedures even if it is necessary, you cant refuse doing regular cleaning just because it pays u less, I felt this practice was money oriented rather than patient oriented. Although I really appreciate the doctors there, however their staffing are unprofessional ( billing department, and the person on the front desk who refused scheduling me for regular cleaning)

Farhan I had an incredibly disappointing experience, I had an appointment scheduled with JUDY TRINH arrived on time, and waited patiently—only for the doctor to never show up! There was no communication from the staff about any delays or issues, and I was left sitting there for far too long without any explanation. On top of that, the prices they charge are absolutely not worth it. If I’m paying for a service, I at least expect professionalism, respect for my time, and proper communication—none of which I received here. Dr. JUDY TRINH and the staff showed a complete lack of consideration for their patients. If you’re looking for a reliable and well-managed dental office that values its patients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I definitely won’t be returning.
