Vanessa Balderas We have been coming here for the past 5 years and each experience has been anything but disappointing. We have always been seen right at our scheduled time and have never needed to wait long. After going into room, we don’t have a long wait time either. Very punctual with time. Dentists and assistants are extremely friendly and very approachable with all my children. They leave very happy from here. Definitely recommend.

Gaby (dental hygienist) cleans my teeth perfectly well. Very good job. The office staff is courteous and very helpful. Look forward to and am comfortable coming to my dental appts. here.

La First when we got there to check in the receptionist seemed rather cold. Everything with the consultation was good except when we went with the billing lady, who said my childs extractions would be $2300 WITH insurance, who during this time of year has $2300 laying around certainly not I and this is where they only take dental insurance so if you think your medical insurance will help think again dont waste your time here you are better off calling around and seeing what dentists take your medical insurance or better yet the dental office should tell you when you first call that they ONLY take the dental insurance because they want your cash and then YOU have to fight with your medical insurance for reimbursement. I am filing a grievance. I am VERY disappointed that I took off work and wasted my time. Yall have taught me a valuable lesson also check and double check to see if the dentist take both medical and dental insurance. Thank you

Zachary Garcia My 6 year old had surgery 2 weeks ago and it went sooo smoothly! I was so nervous because she had NEVER had surgery before but the Dr and Staff was so kind and put both myself and my little at ease. The healing process was not difficult whatsoever and they even let her take her “extra teeth” home with her for the tooth fairy! If I had to have this process done over again I’d definitely come back to Dr. Cruz!!
