5 /5 Kerri Glockzin: Ive been a patient of Dr. Lising for many years, and I can’t recommend this office enough. The whole team is super friendly, welcoming, and just really good at what they do. Whether it’s a regular cleaning or cosmetic work, they always make me feel at ease. Dr. Lising is great at explaining things and always takes the time to answer my questions. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who’s both professional and kind!

1 /5 Farhan: I had an incredibly disappointing experience, I had an appointment scheduled with JUDY TRINH arrived on time, and waited patiently—only for the doctor to never show up! There was no communication from the staff about any delays or issues, and I was left sitting there for far too long without any explanation. On top of that, the prices they charge are absolutely not worth it. If I’m paying for a service, I at least expect professionalism, respect for my time, and proper communication—none of which I received here. Dr. JUDY TRINH and the staff showed a complete lack of consideration for their patients. If you’re looking for a reliable and well-managed dental office that values its patients, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I definitely won’t be returning.

5 /5 Kacie Mitchell: I can’t even begin to describe the amazing staff here. Dr Janice Lising is one of the most talented and remarkable dentists I’ve known. I consider her a dear friend from how long I’ve been coming there. She makes it easy to! She’s so personal and makes everyone feel at ease. The biggest thing I’ve experienced with her though, is the gift of CONFIDENCE that she has given me. She is the reason I have this smile that I love showing off. Without her, my world would definitely be less bright. Thanks everyone on the team there for always being awesome - I’m a lifer client, for sure.

2 /5 sam Wilson: It is very hard to write this review but i would like to warn those of us who are nervous that this is simply not the place to go. having grown up in the U.K., I have had rather difficult times with dentists and some rather difficult PTSD. after coming in for the first few times, my fears started to go away and I felt more comfortable coming in, my dentist took it really easy and understood that I needed heads up about whats coming Aswell as some reassurance. everything was going great. However, going in for my root canal was rather difficult, my dentist had told the root canal specialist that I was a nervous patient and it had felt like it went in one ear and out the other. he went in with no warning with the injections and yelled at me for asking ONE question towards the end of the procedure. this should have been a warning of things to come. in the following weeks, i felt as if the wool had been pulled over my eyes of what actually goes on around here. when i got my top crown placed in, i had received an infection in my mouth that triggered a 103 fever for 3 days with NO anti biotics given. i had also received pain in my teeth from the nerves and told it was a cavity and in actual fact not my teeth moving to adjust from the slightly bigger crown. on my last visit, i had gotten my bridge put in, however due to my body now getting used to the numbing anastatic i needed more specifically 6 injections and with a sharp pain every time, i just had to tighten my throat and get on with it, as well as it being less of a friendly visit, i also felt a tension in the room and that the friendliness had gone. the situation had felt too much and i ended up having to ask both the dentist and the assistant to step out and i broke down in the chair, once getting my procedure done, i had contracted another infection again with no anti biotics prescribed. after a few weeks i called Briargrove to speak with the manager and explained what had happened, the response from him was not so much an apology but a "ok and whats the deal" vibe. Ive cut ties with Briargrove and urge those who are nervous to find another dentist. this is simply not the place to go.

1 /5 Patricia Orji: I am very displeased with Briar Grove Smiles Dentistry. I have been going there for a few years and I thought they were decent, pricey but pretty good. I had a tooth that needed a crown and I was convinced by the dentist that I should get an expensive crown, I called it rent tooth (you should know exactly who I am based off that). Anyway, the crown itself was $1300 yes, you heard me. Because I am a tooth grinder and my other crown cracked, I went ahead and saved money to purchase it and underwent the procedure to do the crown. I got the expensive crown, and they filed my tooth down, only for the crown to keep coming off. I thought it was just the glue. Questioned myself, “What kind of glue did they use Elmers?” I mean come on. This expensive ass tooth shouldn’t be moving an inch. The tooth fell out of place twice, and I was told if it came out again, I would have to pay for the remounting. Of course, I’m pissed because I am not doing anything out of the ordinary. Which to me is like, why is the tooth coming out in the first place. So, it came out again and I was able to place it back with caution, however, not cemented in. I waited until I found a new dentist I felt like I could trust. I never went back to Briar Grove Smiles because I wanted another opinion because clearly something is wrong and it has nothing to do with what I am doing, because I am taking very well care of this expensive crown and it keeps falling out every 1-2 months. Fast forward I went to see another dentist because I felt like something was not right because why would this crown get falling off for almost nothing. Drum roll, Briar Grove Smiles Dentistry sawed/filed down my original tooth so low it can’t keep the $1300 crown on the surface. No matter what, the crown will ALWAYS fall off in time because the tooth itself if too low to maintain the hold for a longer period. It’s interesting because the first time it fell off, I looked and thought the tooth was low, but I’m not the expert, clearly, they are not either. So, per the request of my new dentist, I not only have to go to a periodontist to file down my gum in that area so the tooth can be longer, but I will also have to replace the crown. The crown that cost as much as my rent is useless now and I assume a keepsake. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BRIARGROVE Smiles Dentistry. This one thing that they messed up is costing me more than $2,000 because of their negligence, incompetence or whatever you want to call it. I was fine with little mistakes here and there, but THIS! Please do not reply to say we can talk about it, if Briar Gove is not going to pay for my services, you can politely go to… somewhere else besides replying to me. I am so displeased and livid because I do not have that type of funds to be wasting. I will not ever be returning.
