1 /5 Tawfeq Syr: I got billed 13 months after my clinic visit, although I paid my copay at the time of my visit, to come after 13 months asking me to pay something even if it is small amount is very unprofessional. I talked to the billing department and showed them thats illegal to bill someone after one year in Texas, they were like send me the link for this kind of regulation, I did send them that link (although it is ridiculous that their billing department are not aware of how billing works). Anyway another year passed and they bill me again, you know what I dont care I paid it, but that make your billing department deserve one star. Also when I was there I asked to do regular cleaning but they refused to do so they wanted me to do deep cleaning, I was like I just want regular cleaning, and they refused, it is very funny how basically you are forced to do certain procedures even if it is necessary, you cant refuse doing regular cleaning just because it pays u less, I felt this practice was money oriented rather than patient oriented. Although I really appreciate the doctors there, however their staffing are unprofessional ( billing department, and the person on the front desk who refused scheduling me for regular cleaning)
